Facility

12 suites, 21 studios and 129 double rooms are located on 5 storeys and can be reached by 3 lifts. The reception desk in the lobby is staffed round the clock. Guests can store valuables in the safe. Wireless internet access (no extra charge) allows guests to surf the internet and catch up on email. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities. There are a number of shops as well.     Me and my partner was sceptical about coming here after reading the reviews, but we’ve had the best time and are definitely coming back. The animation team especially Niky made our experience amazing, he was so kind and entertaining. The food was so good and lots of variety everyday after spending two weeks here everyday was different, the beach is a 5 minute walk and is a beautiful beach, flower street is around 7 minute drive, we used the taxi man that’s from the nobel hotel and it was €10 and he was lovely too. All staff were smiley and couldn’t help you enough. Nessebar is so beautiful, the place overall is amazing but having a nice hotel always helps. The only downfall we had was the hot water not running hot for a while, we told reception and they sent an engineer straight up to our room and sorted the issue out and he apologised.     Please take care if you visit this hotel. Went last year and suffered a brken pelvis due to worn slippery flooring. Hotel did nothing to rectify problem several people were slipping in this unavoidable i had to hire a mobility scooter but there is nothinv in near by area to get to.Had to transfer hotels but this took days we had to go to a loeer grade hotel and pay an extra £100 so a really disapointing trip to say least.

    End of season last ones out of hotel before it closed think the staff just wanted rid of us otherwise the hotel itself was very nice

    The standard of the hotel had gone down since our stay 2 years ago. It needs many repairs and upgrades to keep the 4plus . We did enjoy the holiday. We met some lovely people. The staff were excellent. The food was varied so no one needed to go hungry. Shame about no microwave, the food was a bit cold. Bar staff kept us happy. Unfortunately we won't be coming back.

    Very rude staff, was attacked by another guest reported it straight away to administer to get told "what you want me to do" spoke in through language to other colleagues and laughed...food wasn't great not much choice.
