  Hotel staff so rude.Bathroom flooded and say could be sorted till next day.Every time u open patio door came of the hinges so dangerous but didn't seem to bother them.Got another room was OK.Food terrible and cold.I heard a coustomer complaing to staff. She was told it a 3 star hotel wat do u expect. I would say to people do not book this hotel ??

  Where do I begin..... booked 7 days but extended it by 3 days as we wanted 10 days.Cancelled it after 7The room was old, smelt of sewage and was next door to a lift which was broken and banged when used.The food was better at a food bank, same old crap every day.Shower was broken so could not use unless holding the attachment No entertainment any evening that we there, snacks got taken within 2 minutes by the same people each day.Got bitten several times by "something" in bed at night.God knows how this has a 3*** rating, should be 1 or 2 max.We moved about ¼ mile up the road to Hotel Bavaro (see my review when the next few days have gone, but first thoughts are superb)Really try to avoid Hotel Pomorie Sun DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME. However, while we fully accept criticism where something has gone wrong, several statements in your review require clarification.We take your comments regarding the sewage smell, shower and noise from the lift seriously. A shower that cannot be used normally is clearly a maintenance issue and should be rectified once reported. Our lifts are regularly inspected and maintained, although this does not mean that an individual technical issue cannot occasionally occur.We cannot, however, agree with the statement that there was “no entertainment any evening”. Pomorie Sun has an organised animation programme with daytime activities and evening entertainment, including programmes for both children and adults. This is actually one of the aspects of the hotel that is frequently praised by our guests.Similarly, the buffet does not consist of the “same old” food every day. The restaurant operates a 7-day rotating menu with different dishes, salads, sides, fruit and desserts. Whether the selection or taste met your expectations is of course subjective, and we respect that it clearly did not, but this is different from saying that the same food was served every day.Regarding the snacks, these are offered during scheduled periods and are replenished according to consumption. If particular items disappeared very quickly during a busy period, this should have been addressed operationally, but the behaviour of individual guests taking food is not something the hotel can completely prevent.We are also concerned by your comment about being bitten at night. Without identifying what caused the bites, however, it would not be appropriate to conclude that they originated from the bed or from the hotel. Any such report should be made immediately so that the room can be inspected and the necessary action taken.Pomorie Sun is officially categorised as a 3-star hotel and we make no attempt to present it as a luxury property. We aim to offer good-value All Inclusive accommodation in an excellent beachfront location, while fully recognising that there are areas of the physical product and service that can be improved.We respect your decision to prefer another hotel, but we believe future guests also deserve the factual context behind some of the statements made in your review.Kind regards,Management of Pomorie Sun Hotel

  Actually it was a pretty good experience, for a 3 stars hotel. It was a bit dusty, in some places as balcony but cleaning was daily, also they changed towels daily. It was a good sea view, a snack bar, and good various food, not luxury bat pretty various. The hotel looks new but a bit tired, it was end of the season, so maybe this. Very good location, ice cream - simple one but present. I recommend for a budget rest. Absolutely close to beach and shops.
