The hotel is located in the northern part of Sunny Beach, some 300 m from the beach. There are restaurants, bars, clubs and public transport links nearby. Bourgas Airport is about 25 km away.

The apartment hotel has 37 apartments, which are located on 5 storeys and are reachable by lift. Staffed 24 hours a day, the reception desk provides a smooth check-in/check-out service.
