Location

This elegant hotel is located in the leisure district of Elenite, directly beside the sand and shingle beach. The centre with its numerous shopping facilities, restaurants, bars, pubs and entertainment venues is within a few minutes walk of the hotel (300 m). Public transport is to be found only 500 m away.

Facility

The hotel has 330 rooms, including 15 suites and 135 double rooms, which are located on 8 storeys and are reachable by 4 lifts. English-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. A number of shops, including a supermarket, are great for shopping or just browsing. The grounds of the hotel feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional amenities include a TV room and a playroom. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage (for a fee) or in the car park. Further services and facilities include a childcare service, a car hire service, medical assistance, room service, a laundry service and a hairdresser. A projector is available for guests' business needs.

Rooms

Rooms are equipped with air conditioning. Guests can enjoy the sea view from a balcony or terrace. Rooms have a double bed or a sofa bed. Extra beds can be requested. The outdoor pool complex includes a children's swimming area and is ideal for working out or just relaxing. Thrills on the waterslide, refreshing drinks at the pool bar and a soothing soak in the hot tub (for a fee) – the pool area has a little something for every state of mind and body. A short break or an entire afternoon on the sun terrace, which features sun loungers and parasols, is time well spent. The hotel offers outdoor sports, including cycling/mountain biking, tennis, bocce, beach volleyball and crazy golf. Water sports enthusiasts are offered windsurfing. The hotel offers numerous indoor sports, including a gym, table tennis, billiards, darts, yoga and aerobics or, for a fee, bowling. There is a wellness area with a spa, a steam bath, a hammam and a solarium and, for an additional fee, a sauna and massage treatments. Leisure facilities include an entertainment programme, a kids' club, live music and a dance club.

Meals

Various dining options are available, including a restaurant with air conditioning, a café, a bar and a pub. All-inclusive is offered as a catering option. At breakfast, lunch and dinner, guests serve themselves at the delicious buffet or order a set menu for lunch. The hotel also offers snacks. The hotel offers a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

    Worst place I ever been! This is not a 4 stars hotel, the pictures don't show the reality! We had to find another hotel to continue our vacation, the food was very bad, they didn't cleaned the room, everything looked abandoned! Unfortunately this was our first experience in Bulgaria and we won't step in this country ever again! This place should be closed! Please avoid going there!

    First of all, it is not a 4 stars hotel. Probably, the description of the resort found on web is not actual. Most part of services are not available. The playground for kids is not maintained. Also same for the most part of green spaces. The beach is dirty, no available sunbeds. During a week, same people take the sunbeds all nights and all days (they put the towels on sunbeds). No labels for food. You have to guess what are you eating based on what are seeing. No drinking water available. Only during the breakfast, lunch, dinner and when the lobby bar is open. juices for breakfast only from concentrate.Several times happen that the train driver to not take us between hotel and the entrance in the resort, even if the train was empty. We found him later in one of the end stations.....The Aqua Park was not working. Plus: the location (on the beach), the entertainment program and the italian a-la-cart restaurant (tasty food and good services).

    I've been traveled for more than 25 years. I never had an experience like that. The worst hotel ever !!!!! I think the pictures gonna tell you what you gonna find here. I do not reccomend if you care about your health.

    the worse hotel we been to. Poor food always same , no choice, nim gluten free and didnt get one slice of gluten free bread for 2weeks- been told that will but never did. No fresh juices for breakfast only from concentrate. No one speak English, poor communication, very dirty is well, lobby bar had only 7 alkohol choices , for the whole one week there was no coke- told us to walk 800m to second hotel to get coke!!!. Kids club its a joke!!!! Sun longers all brok and mould on them- disgusting!! Paying 2k £ I wud eccpecting a slice of gluten free and a fresh juice!- never go back there and stay away.

    Literally...never again.. Dirty beach full of cigarettes and plastic cups, old broken loungers, cold food every single time, staff not friendly at all with some little exceptions, during our week over there room service has visited our room only one time and they left 1 fresh towel(big thank you for your kindness), unlimited drinks ok BUT you can use only their small plastic cups - thing is that if you are on the beach you don't want to walking 10 000 times to grab next cup of some drink, unfortunately you can't use your bottle (their Elenite do you know what is recycling? You probably produce more plastic rubbish during the season then whole your country), next thing - coffee and tea during the day : you are able to take but they serve you in what?! Your tiny tiny plastic cup! Again!
