Completely unacceptable staff behavior at the shared pool bar

We stayed at the Bellevue Hotel, which shares its pool and pool bar with the Slavyansky Hotel. Since guests of both hotels use the same facility, I believe I have every right to comment on the Slavyansky staff working there.On the night of September 4–5, 2026, loud music from the ice cream kiosk behind the pool kept us and our child awake. When I politely asked the vendor, Kristian, to lower the volume, he reacted with aggression. He was joined by bar employees Atanas and Brodislava, who treated us with extreme rudeness. We were deeply offended — they made it clear that, as Bulgarians, they can behave however they want, and that if we do not buy anything at the bar, we do not count as people. They demanded that we leave and told us to call the police. Brodislava even left her workplace to complain about us at the Bellevue reception, even though we were the ones being harassed.The noise continued the next night until at least 1:30 a.m., and Bellevue staff requests were ignored. We were forced to call the police, and later learned this happens regularly. Can regular police calls over loud music really be considered normal?I sent a complaint to the Slavyansky Hotel and received no apology whatsoever. How can management ignore this?I have photos of the employees mentioned above and can provide them upon request.This is completely unacceptable behavior for hotel employees. Until management investigates and enforces quiet hours, I cannot recommend this hotel to families.

Big shoutout to Pako, Vicky and Roni! Fantastic entertainment. They were very welcoming and provided plenty of fun. The activities were very enjoyable thanks to them.

Bad hotel no internet,no cleaning!

Very bad hotel walls with yellow stains also the food same every day, nothing clean , poor end terrible!Bed very hard ,staff very rude no english ... looking for different hotels around is more better!!!Best to go five ? ? ? ? ? resort not in Slavianscki!

Do not go to this hotel the room was terrible. The canteen was stinking the tables were not cleaned we had breakfast the first day of toast and cheese and was ill for 3 days this is the worse hotel i have been in we had to eat out every other days when we got better

Worst hotel I've ever stayed in

The bed was too hard and uncomfortable, the food was terrible (both breakfast and evening meal) the bed sheets were changed twice in 2 weeks the rest of the time the sheets were swapped over on the 2 beds, the shower floor was like an ice rink as soon as it got wet.
