  Not for the fainthearted - Nor English. Avoid..Avoid...Avoid...

  Booked through Loveholidays. An all inclusive deal. The hotel is frimly stuck in the 1950's. It was clean & tidy. Everything worked and the staff were friendly,especially if you try speaking a little Bulgarian. The room on the beach side had sun till tea time...so far so good eh? However..as we were the only English guests, some of the cultural differences became a bit tiring. Eastern block scrums for the food and not a polite nod or gesture to be seen. The Food - Awful. A terrible set up in the cramped dining hall. Not enough tables. The locals staking their claim early and putting a few tables together as if they were circling the wagons. They rushed the meagre food choices at the " hot plate" piling high as if they haven't eaten a meal in days,which clearly was not the case. The food itself - oily, repetative and often cold. We took to eating out. Drinks ok ish, very limited choice,but a tiny bar. Where queueing was unheard of. Not an all inclusive as i know it. Sunbeds...20!! For the whole hotel. Placed on manky plastic astroturf. The pool...a small cold rectangle in the shade. No Brew kit or kettle in the room!!I went out and bought a travel kettle that we hid in the cupboard ;) It was really a grin and bear it holiday,plenty of Stoic stiff upper lips and get on with it. Never to return.Loveholidays should remove this listing from their choices.

  Booked all inclusive for 12 nights. Booked with love holidays and won't be again. The room is fine but the food is flat cold and there are no labels to tell you what is what. Electrical cables running from the fridges along the entrance to the servery a major trip hazard . Back to the food. If you suffer any allergies then stay away. We complained to both the hotel and love holidays and both did nothing to help. So the all inclusive is a total waste of money and had to eat out every day. We had one beer in the bar and it was in the smallest of throw away glasses that are really sharp save your money don't come here the photos are of the quality chips were still partly frozen and the other meal we was told was chicken was cold pork.

  Disadvantages: • The food is terrible. • The staff speak only Russian, not English. • The rooms are poorly soundproofed, so I was repeatedly woken up at night by slamming doors and loud conversations. • The lifts are very slow. • The hotel resembles a retirement home. • The rooms could be cleaner (though it wasn’t terrible). • Very expensive for what it offers – you can find much better hotels in Sunny Beach for a similar price.Advantages: • Good location.

  Everything a person needs for the perfect vacation!

  The most lovely staff I’ve ever met! Me and my dog, Ares,were very welcomed, besides this, he was treated like a prince! Treats were already prepared for him, when we first entered our wonderful room with a view of the sea! I’ve never received such an excellent service- friendly and helpful people, who work with passion and dedication! The cook was such a professionalist and the food- simply mouthwatering! For all foreigners, every Tuesday is a Bulgarian night with traditional Bulgarian food, music program and dance! Special greetings to my lovely bartender Daria, who created new special cocktail for me and my wishes! Many love to Zhivko for giving me the best tips for the combination of food!The staff made my vacation unforgettable, and I will return very soon, my dears;) <3<3<3

  disappointing,low quality

  We were and we are still disappointed with this hotel.My friends recommended this hotel to us, because they were there in the middle of July last year. I don't know what happened, but the pictures that my friends showed me of the food was totally different from what we experienced this June. Last year, there were more opportunities for entertainment (E.g: Possibility of dancing in the evenings). The hotel was boring. There was very little variety of food and they run out of food very quickly despite beeing UAL service. The quality of the drinks was extremely poor , the soft drinks and the alcoholic drinks too.The first problem was in the check-in, because we had to wait at least half an hour, and they couldn't find our rooms, because we booked two rooms on two different websites, one for us and one for my parents under the same name. They couldn't handle this problem, for three days. In our room some kind of water was dropping from the ceiling onto our bed. I informed the receptionist about this problem and nothing happened. I would have expected to get beach towels beeing an UAL hotel. But we didn't get any. The barmen were kind, but they unfortunatelly didn't speak English (except the young guy). The hotel was very clean, but I can't mentioned any more positive things. I don't know what could be the reason for big difference between the two years of service. I recommended that if there really is such a big difference between the pre-season and the main season (I don't know how much the end of June counts as preseason,) they indicate in our their website or other information platforms. Overall, this hotel did not meet our expectation.
