  Hotel with great potential

  I am returning to the hotel for the second year, now renamed IM Dreamer (all inclusive). Firstly I think this hotel has the potential to be the gem of Sunny Beach with a few tweaks! I am staying at the hotel so the review is current. The location is perfect & the modern rooms/facilities all point to a 4* not a 3* hotel. However, the food is the main disappointment in the hotel. I appreciate you cannot please everyone & a new food & beverage manager has been hired from 1 September (probably too late in the season to have an effect). Last year with half board the breakfast was the best meal of the day - this year unfortunately in my opinion it’s not been the case. I’ve not been to a facility without any fresh serving stations available - this would really improve ratings and guest satisfaction. Not sure what equates to an ultra all inclusive and nobody was able to inform me. The evening meal selection seems to have improved although food not served hot and having one of the serving stations closed since Tuesday is causing queues for breakfast & lunch! Food isn’t replenished after 20.30 hrs it seems. I would be most happy to speak with the Guest Relations Manager (room number 324), I am leaving tomorrow evening. Upon checkout there is no clarity if lunch & dinner are available during the day or whether wristbands are cut off after check out at 11am? Staff said to check with Reception tmrw (surely there is a policy in place)?Facilities in the room ie milk for tea/coffee should be a standard and housekeeping seems to be hit and miss at this time of the year (many are new & inexperienced or have left for the season). I hope you find this review constructive as that is the intention. If you would like to attract more Europeans ie Dutch, British, German I hope the above comments will help.   Arrived on 13th/14th set midnight ish booked in to be told there was no food until breakfast, never experienced this before, my friend is diabetic and needed food thankfully she had brought biscuits, was given room key and was directed to the lifts, no porter to take luggage up to room again never ever experienced this, we were tired and wanted a brew only to find no milk so went back down to reception to be told breakfast is 7 am, as you can imagine this didn’t go down well after a lot of discussion we finally were given some milk. Reception staff not helpful, no waiters in the dining room they didn’t have uniforms on do not recommend this hotel 6 days to home can’t wait. However, between 23:00 and 07:00 there are no food outlets operating in the hotel, which is clearly stated in our hotel information.We would also like to clarify that our restaurant staff do wear uniforms, with different uniforms used for various positions, including the Restaurant Supervisor and F&B Manager.As your review does not include your name or room number, unfortunately we cannot identify your reservation and contact you directly.
