Location

This attractive hotel is located directly beside the beach in the Sunny Beach leisure district of the town. It is just a few minutes walk to the town centre and its many shopping and entertainment venues that lies 1 km away. Links to the public transport network lie 200 m from the hotel.

Facility

1100 rooms, including 14 suites, 16 single rooms and 487 double rooms, are located on 9 storeys and can be reached by lift. English- and German-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and cash machine. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. A number of shops, including a supermarket and souvenir shop, are great for shopping or just browsing. The grounds of the hotel feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional facilities include a TV room. Parking spaces are available to guests travelling by car (for a fee). Other services include a 24-hour security service, a childcare service, a car hire service, medical assistance, a transfer service, room service, a laundry service, a hairdresser, a coin-operated laundry and a hotel doctor. A fax machine is available for guests' business needs.

Rooms

Rooms feature a living area and a bathroom, and air conditioning ensures just the right temperature. In most units, guests can enjoy a view of the sea from a balcony or terrace. All rooms are carpeted and include a double bed, a queen-size bed or a sofa bed. Children's beds and extra beds can be requested for younger guests. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. For guests' convenience, units include a refrigerator and a mini fridge. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience. A direct dial telephone, a TV and WiFi (no extra charge) provide all the essentials for a comfortable holiday. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower, a bathtub and a bidet. A hairdryer and a vanity mirror are available for daily use. Guests can also book wheelchair-friendly rooms with wheelchair-accessible bathrooms. The hotel has family rooms, non-smoking rooms and smoking rooms.

Sport

Guests can treat themselves to refreshing drinks at the poolside snack bar and a relaxing soak in the hot tub (for a fee). A terrace with sun loungers and parasols is available. For guests who wish to keep active, tennis, beach volleyball and crazy golf are available. With water skiing, windsurfing, jet skiing, motorboat rides, paddle boating, banana boat rides, canoeing, sailing and kayaking available, fans of water sports will have plenty to choose from. Guests can enjoy a wide range of indoor sports, including a gym, table tennis, billiards, darts and aerobics. Various wellness options are available at the hotel, including a spa, a sauna, a steam bath, a hammam, a beauty salon, massage treatments, hydrotherapy treatments, Ayurveda treatments and a solarium. An entertainment programme and a kids' club are also options for entertainment.

Meals

Dining facilities include a restaurant, a bar and a pub. Catering options include half board and all-inclusive. A delicious and varied buffet awaits guests at breakfast, lunch and dinner. Diet meals, gluten-free meals, vegetarian dishes and children's meals can be prepared on request. In addition, special catering options and snacks are available. The show cooking is a particularly special attraction. The hotel offers a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

    The worst hotel I've ever stayed in. "ON THE BEACH" is the worst website to use. I don't recommend it. They did not take responsibility of my complaint. This hotel is still on their website. Shocking. The restaurant is not organised. It's always overcrowded. Food repetitive and low quality. No place for entertainment. My room was never cleaned properly in my 10 days stay. No toilet roll for one day. The hotel in general was dirty. "PET FRIENDLY" hotel turned into poo in the swimming pool. Absolutely disgusting. Sunny Beach is definitely worth a visit but in another hotel!

    Hotel Appearance Does Not Match the Service

    This is definitely not a 5-star hotel. The room was not properly cleaned (stains on the windows and mirror, dirt under the beds). The pool bar had only one staff member, long queues, and very poor-quality drinks.The food was repetitive, canteen-style, with salty sauces and no variety. In 5 days I didn’t get a proper steak. Desserts and meat portions were controlled by staff, and at the restaurant entrance your beach bag is taken away. On the last day, both my child and I had stomach issues.The overall experience felt cheap and disappointing. We even had to buy drinks from the hotel shop because the ones included were undrinkable. Parking was 100€ for 5 days.The “luxury” look of the hotel does not make up for the poor food, drinks, and cleanliness. I do not recommend this hotel.

    Very disappointed with our stay here. It is not worth the money. Wouldn’t recommend at all.The hotel is very dated, nothing like the photographs.-Hotel rooms are basic & unclean.-Food stations & some staff were unhygienic.-Food choice & quality poor.-2 toasters for the whole hotel to use-Staff are miserable & rude especially the young ones on reception -Grounds are in need of maintenance & care.-Kids club very small & outdated, play ground floor was unsafe.-Lack of shade in the children’s areas, especially in the mid day sun.-Loud dance music playing round the pool constantly.-Disappointing evening entertainment especially for the children.-People smoking everywhere.-Weekend beach rave very noisy till 7am, this was obviously not the hotels fault but would have been good to know.-Lifeguard on duty spend his time smoking & on his phone.

    Imperial Palace HotelSunny BeachAn experience not a vacation1026359511A short review with good and badLet's start with the good because there are fewit is next to a generous beach with fine sand, the entrance to the water is smooth on the sand, there are no bouldersthe elevators work well and quickly, they have software that is adequatehot water has pressure and comes quicklythe outdoor pools have clean waterthe coffee is good at breakfastthe rooms are large with a large window but that's about itthe air conditioning is silentAnd now the badthe restaurant is not logically organized, you go from one side to the other after bread, salads or something elsethe food is made up of chicken and pork, it is repeated almost daily with small exceptions, there are 2 chicken soups and a cream soup every daythe cakes are kept in a display case, they are given by an employee, I didn't understand the logic, probably not to get diabetesthe bar at the restaurant has beer and wine at dispenser, that's about all there is in the countrythe bar at the reception is closed until 5, there is another bar on the mezzanine but you need a more expensive bracelet, the all inclusive one is not goodthere is also a bar (Pacific) also next to the reception where you can only find cocktails and beer,the pool bar is crowded and has a small variety of drinks, cocktails and beer predominatethe bar on the beach only with the all inclusive plus bracelet which is not very attractive anyway, you cross the street and you get to the poolsun loungers and umbrellas for a fee 27 leva an umbrella and 2 sun loungers, you can sit at the pool and go to the sea, it is 50 m maxthey have no place for entertainment, one comes every evening to the pools, but with poor servicesthe lights in the rooms are like opals, they save electricity, in the bathroom a light above the mirror is missingparking inside the hotel is not really possible, I the impression that even if they have places they direct you to a deserted place without barriers they say it is monitored with cameras but I saw that they put them on a small pole, it costs about 100 euros for 7 days, enormous for what they offer, nothing happened but it is not what is neededat the parking lot and when you leave you are taken in a car by an employee who asks you with audacity to get a ticket, I did not give it and he looked a bit squintythere could be some more comments but these are basically itin conclusion if it were a modest price you could say you would close your eyes but at 1400 euros the room I expected something betterI do not recommend and I do not think I will go to Bulgaria again soonBe careful

    Very bad to go to a hotel you can't get in after a nice night out

    We was staying in the hotel and the security try to kick us out for no reason and she got little fiscal when we asked to see a manager she said no manager till tomorrow morning and we asked to see the CCTV she was keep changing the subject the other then she called a different security over instead of helping he pulled out a cigarette and started smoking next to us for nice place like this very bad experience I gave 2 Stars because the hotel was nicely decorated
