07 Sept 2026
Just back from a family holiday here30 min transfer from airport. 5 min walk to beach, plenty of shops restaurants nearbyNice clean hotel with decent sized rooms (we had 5 x double rooms with a cot in one) email hotel to pre book cot, they are very helpfulWord of warning toilet in hotel room very smelly do take an air freshenerFood fab, lots of repetition but had a theme every night as well so always something newMy adult son is a fussy eater and food here was the best he's had at an AI Pools great and always found sunbeds together(there were 10 of us)Can imagine it to be a nightmare in high season thoughEntertainment was typical AI No negatives really. I would definitely recommend especially if you have children Any questions feel free to ask TATYANA GRUDEVA, Other at Laguna Park & Aqua Club, responded to this review Dear Valued Guest, Thank you so much for your lovely review and for recommending us! Family hol
05 Sept 2026
Just got back from a week at Laguna park and really enjoyed it.Travelled as a group of 18Me n my partner other couples with children and one large family, rooms were really spacious and cleaned everyday, balcony really good size with table and chairs. Free safe in room which was bonus, mini fridge with water. Beer and orange, not re fulled but we kept bottles and filled them up at water station. Air con was provided but we barely had it on even with being red hot all day, rooms seemed to stay really cool so wasnt needed.Pools were extremely busy and could be a little overwhelming one day one of the kids accidentally bumped into another child next min 5 large men appeared screaming and shouting in another language at us very intimidating so after first day we stayed at the smaller pool round back of hotel much more enjoyable and still had bar there we just wondered the slides when the kids wanted to use them. We also managed to get 18 beds everyday.Bar service very good was letting us order multiple drinks at a time, never really had ro que.Only stayed in hotel once for kids entertainment and was just singing and dancing always out on a night so cant comment on other entertainment Food was fine, breakfast could of been hotter but think that's the same everywhere, was a litter repetitive but always found something to eat, hall could be a little mental as people just pushed in rather than standing in the que, we found a little room right at back and tended to head there out the way, snack bar was same all the time, jacket potato were lovely shame there was no fillings Overall was good hol, wouldnt personally go back but thats just cos we preferred the other end of the strip.Could totally tell difference in price when out in the smaller pubs to the pubs along the beach.Taxis were craxy prices as well. TATYANA GRUDEVA, Other at Laguna Park & Aqua Club, responded to this review Dear Valued Guests, Thank you for sharing your feedback following your recent stay at Laguna Park. We are pleased to hear that your large group enjoyed our spacious, clean rooms, the convenient in-room amenities, and our quick and friendly bar service. It is also wonderful to know you were able to comfortably secure sunbeds for everyone each day.We sincerely regret the intimidating experience your group faced near the main pool. We aim to maintain a welcoming, family-friendly atmosphere, and we are glad you found a more relaxed environment at our smaller pool. Your comments regarding the food temperature, buffet organization, and snack options have also been noted, as we constantly strive to improve our guest experience.Thank you again for your valuable review, and we wish you and your group all the best in your future travels.Kind regards, Hotel Manager

Excellent hotel!!

Excellent hotel facilities. Really good animation team with plenty to do for both adults and kids. Snack bar a very good option to use during the day for food and ice creams. Food is alright, pretty much what you would expect from your standard all inclusive. Rooms very clean. Overall great time and would 100% book again TATYANA GRUDEVA, Other at Laguna Park & Aqua Club, responded to this review Dear Valued guests, Thank you so much for your wonderful review!
