We arrived as a couple at 5.30am sat 27th , after a very long day and shattered. We were given our key to room c506, which was ok, wasn't able to upgrade to a balcony room as there was no availability which was a shame, however it was nice to be left a cake for my husband birthday. Thank you. But have to say, the food was a little bit hit and miss, and quite cold. I understand it is hard to keep warm, but cold baked beans etc. Weren't nice. Staff were mostly friendly in the restaurant jean paul,Marina, but some looked as if they just didn't want to be there. Big shout out to Bobbi on the pool bar, a fantastic bar man, with a great sense of humour, who made our time memorable. Alexandre was also quite welcoming, and complimented me on my perfume. Lovely view of the sea and beach every morning when having breakfast on the patio, Dimitir. The pool life guard was friendly to us, and helped a child to learn to swim offering advice and support, which was lovely. As we were getting picked up at 11.15pm we had to vacate room at 11am which was a long day, and hotel couldn't offer a room for us as they said there was no availability. This may be worth looking at for future bookings. Big shout out to the entertainment team Venko, Nicki and other girl, sorry couldn't remember your name, although we didn't see them that much, but when we did they were fab. Unforgettable experience

We had a wonderful stay at MPM Hotel Arsena in Sunny Beach. The hotel has a beautiful view, which made our time there even more relaxing and enjoyable. The location is excellent, especially because it is so close to Nessebar Old Town, making it easy to visit and explore one of the most charming places in the area.The service was also great throughout our stay. Everyone we met was polite, friendly, and welcoming, which made us feel comfortable and well taken care of.The food was delicious and there was great variety. The pizzas on the snack bar are made in front of you and you can order whatever pizza you want. There are also themed dinners like seafood night or Bulgarian night. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable, perfect for a family of 4.Overall, it was a very pleasant experience, it is great value for money and we would happily recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Nessebar. The hotel has an excellent location right by the sea, with easy access to the beach and a pleasant walk to the old town.
