Location

This hotel is situated in the heart of the biggest Black sea resort Sunny Beach, only 200 m away from a sandy beach.

Facility

The hotel welcomes guests in a 6-storey building with 3 lifts and 300 rooms. English- and German-speaking staff are happy to assist and advise. A baggage storage service and a safe are available. A variety of shops are available, including a supermarket. The grounds of the hotel feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional facilities include a TV room. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park for a fee. Other services include a 24-hour security service, a babysitting service, a car hire service, medical assistance, a transfer service, a page service and a hotel shuttle bus. Active guests can make use of the bicycle hire service (for a fee) to explore the surrounding area. A business centre with fax machine and photocopier is available.

Rooms

The rooms include air conditioning, a living area and a bathroom. The rooms have a queen-size bed and a sofa bed. Extra beds or children's beds can be provided upon request. A desk is provided. A telephone, a television with cable channels and WiFi (no extra charge) ensure optimal comfort. A hairdryer and a telephone are available in the bathrooms, which are equipped with a shower. As an extra convenience, bathrooms provide cosmetic products. Wheelchair-friendly rooms with wheelchair-accessible bathrooms are also available. The hotel has family rooms and non-smoking rooms.

Sport

Guests can relax and enjoy the sun loungers and parasols provided. Those who wish to stay active while on holiday can enjoy on-site beach volleyball. The dining area includes a bar. The restaurant has air conditioning and high chairs for children. A delicious and varied buffet awaits guests at breakfast, lunch and dinner.     Anastasia made it the best holiday ever!---A Wonderful Stay at Kalina Hotel, Sunny Beach!We had a fantastic holiday at the Kalina Hotel in Sunny Beach! The location is absolutely perfect—just a short stroll from the beautiful sandy beach and right in the heart of the resort, making it easy to explore all the local attractions, restaurants, and shops 1 2.The hotel itself is modern, clean, and very well maintained. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay, including air conditioning, a mini-fridge, and a lovely balcony. Housekeeping did a great job keeping everything spotless throughout our visit 1.The All-Inclusive Premium package was a real highlight. There was a wide variety of delicious food at the main restaurant, with both international and Bulgarian dishes, fresh fruits, and tempting desserts.     Exceeded our expectations!!

    I was a little nervous about this trip given previous reviews. However this hotel is wonderful. The location is amazing. 2 mins to flower street. 2 mins to La Flor restaurant (if needed) and Condor bar etc. The room was spacious and bathroom/shower was perfect. Excellent cleaning service and housekeeping staff were amazing. Could do with a kettle and iron in the room but this is not really standard in Bulgaria.Most importantly, the food!! Breakfast was very satisfactory (3 types of eggs, potatoes, beans, eggy bread, salads, nice bread (butter good). Lunch was very good. All drinks available too. Dinner was excellent. Great choices (pork, chicken, fish every night).Salad bar was outstanding, give things a try, you will love some. Amy (Bartender) was amazing. Short supply of ice sometimes posed a problem and a microwave oven or two are needed in the restaurant. The snack bar is available at other times and again food is cooked fresh and noting is too much trouble.     Hotel was clean great location to the main strip of pubs restaurants and shops. Short walk to the beach. Hotel staff were friendly enoughna few were rude to myself and others. But overall had a good time. Entertainment was very repeated no change over the week but unsure if this is due to not being peak season for them.
