    Don’t stay at this hotel, very old and dated

    The location was convenient and within 400 meters to the beach, good bus services within walking distance to different parts of Bulgaria. The hotel is very old, the main building is clean and tidy but the outside is very old and dirty! The pool wasn’t cleaned in the week we stayed, the rooms are very dated, the 2 single beds pushed together are very low to the ground, bedding is stained so refused to sleep in the bed and opted to sleep on top. The carpet is quite dirty and burn marks across. Our bedding wasn’t changed or towel throughout our week stay. There is no supermarket on site although advertised it is, some of the staff are quite abrupt and rude. The food wasn’t very appealing so we ate out every night

    First of all this hotel is nowhere near a 3 star. It has been the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Upon arrival the staff were very rude and not very welcoming, this carried on throughout the trip and weren’t helpful at all if anything made the situations worse. Where do I start about the rooms, the rooms are extremely dirty and haven’t been looked after. We had cigarette burns in the carpets, the bed sheets and towels seemed to have blood and all other sorts of stains on them and the bathroom was so dirty I never felt clean. The toilet kept breaking and wouldn’t flush which they kept coming to fix but the same problem kept happening. The tv in the room was that old it was in black and white and hardly worked. The Air con unit was a waste of space as it hardly pumped out any air and the fridge in the room also didn’t work. Walking through the hotel it was like being in a jail with the way it’s laid out and not looked after. We didn’t bother using the resturant because of the cleanliness of the room. Would not recommend to anyone as it’s just dirty, unhygienic and not a very welcoming place.

    If you want terrible customer service with non stop room issues that don’t get resolved, I 100% recommend, make sure you use a translator app like I did so you can understand the staff talking bad about you thinking you can’t understand them as it’s guaranteed to happen! Free sauna too which wasn’t in the description, by free sauna I mean your room with non existent aircon

    A terrible hotel. Upon entering our room, we were given dirty sheets and a pillow, probably covered in blood. The same was true for the towels. After complaining about the cleanliness of the room, the sheets were not replaced, and the towels were even dirtier than before. The most bitter experience was when our money disappeared from our room (we suspect the cleaning staff) because no one else was in the room. That evening, we discovered a bedbug in our backpack. We immediately went to the front desk, but the lady said she wouldn't do anything and that the manager would take care of it the next morning. We felt threatened and fled the place the next day. I warn everyone against this place.

    DO NOT STAY HERE!! I would rate this less than a star if I could. The food was disgusting it is not a “buffet” at all. There are cracks in the walls, stains on everything and I mean EVERYTHING, ninety percent of the furniture is broken, there are so so so so many bugs, and infestation, so many spiders and cockroaches and bugs I don’t even know the name of. They have barely any of what they advertise. When we went to complain to reception all the lady said was “ok” and dismissed us. Worst hotel ever.
