Location

Located in the centre of Sunny Beach, this beach hotel is ideal for parents with children. The nearest airport is Bourgas (BOJ), situated approximately 15 km away.

Facility

English-speaking staff at the 24-hour reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Amenities at the complex include a currency exchange service. A number of shops, including a supermarket and souvenir shop, are great for shopping or just browsing. The grounds of the hotel feature a playground and a lovely garden. Parking facilities available to guests include a garage and a car park.     When we arrived to get the key from the security guard he was very drunk we didn’t say anything then when we got to the room no towels or fresh bedding and ants all over everything in bed crawling all over us we have been coming here for some time now but this year the hole place is in bits

    I've stayed in Royal Dream twice before but had booked it with privately owned apartment's. Sumner 2022 I booked through Royal Dream's for one adult and three children. On arrival late at night reception was closed and no answer to the phone number that was displayed at the reception. The apartment was made up for two guests and not five as I'd booked. As it was a friday night when we arrived I couldn't get anyone till the Monday which was a bit of a nightmare we'd no bed linen or towels for three of us for the weekend. Apartment was clean but it need to be refurbished its old and shabby. With lots of broken items. Bedroom window had paper bags on it. I LOVE Bulguria the location of Royal Dream's is great. But they need to do renovations in their apartment's and pool area. The pool area has broken tiles broken bed's the umbrellas need to be replaced they are very old and not enough of them. Pool also all green around the edges.

    We have just returned from a week's holiday at Royal Dreams Holiday complex and we had a lovely time. All staff were very friendly and helpful, including those in bar/restaurant. Apartment was spacious and clean. Great location, nice and quiet but within walking distance of beach, Nessebar and Sunny Beach. Would definitely recommend and will also be returning. Could however do with a little paint, new sunbeds and tidy up of pool (bar).

    ROYAL NIGHTMARES - NOT DREAMS!

    Day 5 staying in this excuse for a hotel. I'll be sad to leave Sunny Beach in 2 days, but not Royal Dreams.Where do I start?Positives - very few. Large apartment and first impressions appeared cleanish.That's about it for the positives.Beds uncomfortable and only one wafer thin pillow per person. Had to use the spare duvets as pillows and was horrified to find one had bloodstains on it.Pillows were eventually supplied but not with pillow cases.As advised in reception Floors will be swept on day 3 and day 6. No clean linen or towels until day 6.Curtain rail fell down in the middle of the night. Was fixed next morning but didn't bother cleaning up the dust until the evening, and only after I had to go to reception to complain. Then noticed footprints all over sofa bed where maintenance had climbed on it to fix rail, again another trip to reception.Balcony rail looked like it was ready to fall off. Plastic furniture on balcony was broken. Damp patches on ceilings, cobwebs, broken sofa bed, chipped cups.....I could go on!!!Cleaning staff extremely rude and intimidating due to the fact that one towel had got a bit dirty with a bit of dye coming out of my wife's hair and wanted 20 lev for us to pay for a replacement. This is a hotel and these things happen - deal with it. As someone who knows how to look after swimming pools, in my opinion the pool water is filthy (see the picture of the dirty mark just above the water line). We used the beach and neighbouring hotel pool. Pool pumps are never running so filters cannot keep the pool water clean.Swim up pool bar is a joke. Don't be fooled by the pictures on websites - it's derelict and unsafe. Have a look at my picture of it.The lady who dealt with my complaint wasn't interested in anything apart from me paying for a dirty towel. On a positive note. Sunny beach is a lively and vibrant resort and Nessabar is lovely. However, if you want to holiday in sunny Beach avoid this hotel at all costs.

    fabulous hotel, fabulous holiday lovely staff and very helpful nightwatchman. nothing more needs to be said . shop right next door and plenty of fabulous restaurants nearby, beach was about 6-7 minutes walking distance.
