Location

The spa complex is situated in the old part of Pomorie. It borders on the coastal boulevard on one side and the pedestrian centre of the town on the other. Bourgas Airport is approximately 18 km away and Varna Airport is roughly 100 km away.

Facility

Guests can enjoy the pleasant ambience of one of the 3 studios, 8 single rooms and 84 double rooms. Guests are warmly welcomed by English- and German-speaking staff at the 24-hour reception desk in the lobby. Check-in/check-out service is available round the clock. Amenities include a baggage storage service and a safe. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. A lift and wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. There are a number of shops as well. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Additional facilities include a TV room. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage (no extra charge) or in the car park. Further services and facilities include a 24-hour security service, a car hire service, medical assistance, room service (for a fee), a laundry service, a hairdresser, a coin-operated laundry and a hotel shuttle bus. A bicycle hire service provides all the necessary equipment for exploring the surrounding area. A fax machine is available for guests' business needs.

Rooms

Rooms are equipped with air conditioning and central heating. Guests can relax and enjoy the sea views from the balcony or private terrace of some rooms. The rooms have a queen-size bed and a sofa bed. Extra beds can be requested. A safe and a minibar are also available. Additional features include a mini fridge and a tea/coffee station. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower and a bathtub, as well as a hairdryer. Guests can also book wheelchair-friendly rooms with wheelchair-accessible bathrooms. The hotel has family rooms and non-smoking rooms.

The indoor and outdoor pools are ideal for exercise as well as relaxation. A short break or an entire afternoon on the sun terrace, which features sun loungers and parasols, is time well spent. Meals

Dining facilities include a dining room, a café and a bar. Guests can indulge their palates at the non-smoking restaurant, which features air conditioning and a separate area for smokers. Catering options include half board and full board. A generous breakfast buffet, lunch and a comprehensive dinner buffet offer plenty of delicious variety. Special culinary options, such as diet meals, are also available. The hotel also offers special catering options.

    INTERESTING EXPERIANCE IN BULGARIA

    I have stayed for 5 nights for mini vacations with my wife and her sister. The hotel is a very beautiful building in the centre of the town. The rooms are OK, but need a kind of renovation. For a 4-star hotel, it should offer more things in the room, for example slippers for bath. Cleaning of roon was available every day and very early.Polite and helpful staff, but only few of them speak english or german.The free indoor pool and spa (sauna, hamam, etc) is very good. There are many spa treatment packages. The ladies tried every day a kind of medical treatment like aromatotherapy or with mud and I think that they enjoyed it. A problem was that I had to communicate in bulgarian (my level of the language knowledge is low) for the planning of the treatment, as the responsible was speaking only bulgarian and russian!The breakfast was very good and rich, served indoor and outdoor. We have tried once the restaurant and it was also real good.The hotel has an excellent roof garden bar (with jakuzzi!!!), There having a great view to the city and the sea we spent some nights with a drink. Parking in the area is very difficult, but the hotel offers many solutions. The best for me was to book early a parking lot in front of the hotel with 6 euros and my parking was always available, as I returned from daily excursionsGenerally I was pleased with my stay and if I would visit Pomorje again, I would prefer this hotel.

    It is a very good hotel,I am there now and I am truly enjoying it. It offers everything they promise: great views, comfy beds, tasty breakfast, very good spa and medical services- I am very grateful for what have been delivered to me, especially the medical attention and treatments- thank you so much team, for looking after me so well! I am feeling better already.I would be very happy to share my positive review for this hotel on as many platforms as possible, because good hotels deserve fair recognition.I truly recommend this hotel, where I continue to enjoy myself for another 2 blissful nights.

    It’s not really a spa like experience!

    The hotel is clean! The rooms have air conditioning. The spa is decent, only because everything in the spa seems to be from around 15-20 years ago as far as decor and comfort. The hotel location is near 2 very loud restaurants!!! Both of the restaurants have loud band and singers! They sing till 11:30 pm at night! You can even hear them on the 3rd floor with the windows closed! Makes it hard to sleep if you’re trying to go to bed before that time! They sing every night and if you dare to complain to the front desk be prepared to get yelled at by one of their managers and to be told that you just have to deal with it! Prior to making my reservation I had called to make sure it was quiet and serene experience, the front desk staff said that since this is a spa it’s very peaceful in the area! The exceptionally loud music from both of the nearby restaurants makes it a not very relaxing experience! Most of the staff is very pleasant and work hard to meet their guests needs except that one manager that yelled at me for asking if they can somehow accommodate me and my family due to the loud music! We are sorry if you were misled in any way, but we assure you that with a basic research of the hotel on the website and in social networks, everything about the location, the summer, the restaurants, the music, is described in detail to create the right expectations for our prospective guests.     Very centrally located, very responsive personnel in all departments, nice internal ambience ,good selection of therapeutic procedures especially with mud wraps .My room was upgraded with nice sea view
