This appealing hotel is located directly on the sprawling bay of Kozluca with its natural sandy beach. The vast Elenite holiday complex lies adjacent to the hotel and a bus departs from here to Sunny Beach that lies 8 km away. Restaurants, and bars are to be found in the vicinity.

Facility

The hotel has 32 suites, 46 apartments and 112 double rooms, which are located on 4 storeys and are reachable by lift. Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the reception are happy to assist guests at the reception desk round the clock. Check-in and check-out are available 24 hours a day. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel offers various facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. Film fans will find plenty of 'lights, camera, action' at the cinema. A number of shops, including a supermarket and souvenir shop, are great for shopping or just browsing.     Lovely hotel in a spectacular location. We were looked after very well by the reception staff and housekeeping, couldn’t have asked for more. The room was spacious and comfortable. No kettle in the room but they had hot and cold water dispensers on each floor fed from large bottled water containers. The food was plentiful, cold stuff on ice, plenty of choice, only letdown was the temperature of the hot food, really needed to be hotter. We went at the end of season so most of the shops etc in the area were shut, there is a supermarket behind the hotel which was useful and a bus or water taxi to go to Nessebar, well worth a visit or two. No problems with stomach upsets, they supply hand sanitizer in the room too. The jeep safari was an awesome trip out, great fun and you learn so much about the area

    This hotel is a disgraceFood is cold sometimes warm at best, we didn't eat it as didn't want to become ill, not even a toaster at breakfast, the manager told the rep there was one it must have been invisible Dirty dishes next to fresh food, staff walked past it.Quilts stained, sheets didn't fit the mattress, mouldy shower curtain, beds weren't made just roughly folded and put in bottom of the bed.Corridor carpets are frayed and stained.The list goes onThe only positive is the pool and beach

    The overall experience at zornitza sands was very enjoyable, my room was spacious and clean with a big balcony, the rooms are cleaned on the regular and the pool was lovely, bar staff all very sound and welcoming, the only thing that put a downer on my holiday was the blue haired witch at reception…she was hostile and aggressive and treated me like a second hand citizen, some advice maybe get a job where you don’t have to interact or talk to people, I also use the term “she” very lightly she could be a man.

    Firstly mini bus drop off 5 minutes walk from the hotel at 12.45 pm in the pitch dark . Welcome meal at hotel an apple and a salad batch . Meals warm if you where lucky and same all the time. Carpets coming apart in hallways to rooms. And all staff (but 3 ) and all the other people staying at the holiday looked like they were at a funeral. Not a place to stay if your British as no one can speak English. I would not stay there again if you payed me . ( I flew with jet 2 ) .

    Hotel looks nice so far, however staff is disappointing from the very beginning - 1st contact with the hotel - reception while checking in - the receptionist wasn't helpful at all!!! We arrived to the hotel at 9:30 am and she said check-in is possible only from 14:30 sharp, I tried to kindly ask for earlier check in, but was said that there's no way to get the rooms any earlier, which we understand if the hotel is full, but she didn't event try to check or call someone. Still she could be more considerate with guests and maybe at least try to look in the system or call housekeeping to see if any rooms are ready and try to help! As well there were guests who arrived after us and were given the room an hour and half before us saying they had some excuse to do so. Also the female receptionist told us our all inclusive packages are as well valid only from 14:30, so we have to wait and actually be hungry and thirsty until then. We've been in many 4 and 5* hotels before and literally EVERYWHERE when guests arrive early they try to accommodate them in the rooms as soon as possible and if rooms are not available, they AT LEAST can start enjoying their Al inclusive packages and can use hotel facilities. We didn't even get offered coffee nor simple water for 5 hours waiting for the rooms. Very disappointing in this matter. This staff member was generally speaking rudely to us, we didn't feel welcomed and being taken care of at all.
