The holiday village enjoys an excellent location on the southern Bulgarian coast of the Black Sea as it is just above the famous King's Beach, 2 km north of the ancient town of Sozopol and 35 km south of the city of Bourgas, where Bourgas Airport is located. The closest public transport is only a few minutes' walk away. Varna Airport is approximately 150 km from the hotel.

In addition to 55 villas/houses, guests can also choose from a selection of 249 suites and 396 apartments. Guests are warmly welcomed by English-speaking staff at the 24-hour reception desk in the lobby. Check-in/check-out service is available round the clock. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a cash machine. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. There are a number of shops, including a souvenir shop. The grounds of the holiday village feature a playground and a lovely garden. For self-catering guests, there is a well-equipped kitchenette with a refrigerator, mini fridge, stovetop, microwave and tea/coffee station. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower and a bathtub. A hairdryer, a vanity mirror and bathrobes are available for daily use. For extra comfort in the bathrooms, guests are offered cosmetic products.

The pool complex, which includes 5 outdoor pools and 2 children's pools is a great place to work out or just relax and unwind. Guests can treat themselves to refreshing drinks at the poolside snack bar and a relaxing soak in the hot tub (for a fee). Sun loungers and parasols are available on the sun terrace. Outdoor sports available at the complex include beach volleyball or, for a fee, tennis, volleyball, basketball and crazy golf. With canoeing or, for a fee, water skiing, windsurfing, jet skiing, motorboat rides, paddle boating, banana boat rides, sailing, catamaraning, snorkelling and diving available, fans of water sports have plenty of options to choose from. A wide range of indoor sporting activities are also offered, for example darts, yoga, callisthenics and aerobics or, for a fee, a gym, table tennis, badminton, billiards and handball. A range of wellness facilities, such as a spa and a hammam, are offered at the complex. For a fee, guests can also take advantage of a sauna, a steam bath, a beauty salon and massage treatments. Guests of all ages have the opportunity to enjoy a fun entertainment programme (for a fee).

Dining facilities include a restaurant (with high chairs), a café and a bar. Refreshing drinks at the beach bar are a perfect way to enjoy warm weather. Half board is offered as a catering option. At breakfast and lunch, guests serve themselves at the generous buffet. Various dishes can be ordered à la carte for lunch and dinner. Diet meals and children's meals can be prepared on request. Don't come in September

Do not come after the first week in September. Everything closes. The reception staff were not interested in us. Nowhere to get decent food. When my husband fell ill there was no help. They couldn't be more unhelpful. If it wasn't for the 2 golf cart drivers Borus and David we would have been lost. Please note that good customer service costs nothing. A bit of human kindness goes a long way. Don't come here if you are an older person. So disappointed in the reception staff. The food was awful. As for the taxi drivers, most of the made us feel like we were laughable tourists, apart from one or two decent guys. Our apartment was fine and the owner was great.

Very beautiful place. There are golf carts that the staff drive around to help you get from reception to your room/ apartment. The pools are clean and not too many people.

Santa Marina is getting worse and worse by the year....

We stayed for 22 days in Santa Marina. We have been there regularly for 4 years. The complex is maintained worse and worse each year in terms of cleanliness, general services, streets etc. The village has 2 ATM machines and for the majority of the stay none of the ATMs was working and there is nowhere to get cash-one has to go to Sozopol. At the reception people were very rude.

Arrived in Santa Martina with my family. Never seen such a beauty arround. All Green, fresh, pools, restaurants. In the eavening the surise is amazing. We try all the restaurants atound the complex. Hard working staff, exelent Managment. Nikolai was so nice with us, helping with our needs.The room are favilouse. My Kids plaing all Day outside arround the gardens. Recomendet.We Will Come back. I am highly disappointed of this complex! Firstly, there is no place to park - we had to leave our cars on the road and to enter the complex through a complex system of barriers and fences, in order to check-in. The service at reception was awful - I hadn't seen so bored and unpleasant employees! We had reserved a room for 5 people and they gave is 1 key. Only after quite a few requests they "managed to find another key", which was still insufficienct for 5 people, considering the fact that every entry in and out of the complex involves going through barriers and fences with chips and cards.We requested to pay for parking - they gave us parking spaces, which were situated around 10 min walking time from our apartment, and the complex is quite big and it is inconvenient to travel with suitcases on an incline.Concerning the rooms - they were ok, the only problem was that there was only 1 bathroom for 5 people, the shower was broken and the pressure of the water was very low.Overall, the complex has a pretention for high class, but it can't cover even mid-class.
