Nice hotel BUT would benefit from some improvements
04 Oct 2026
It’s the end of season here so the atmosphere is very flat probably for that reason. Hotel is lovely, clean and well presented. Staff are lovely and accommodating The food unfortunately is very repetitive, I am sure some more imagination could ignite the appetite. A nice steak or chops but all meat dishes come as casseroleHousemaids look after bedrooms well. The beds are not very comfortable and the bedding could be improved. The single lightweight duvet would have remained in place during sleep with the help of a sheet first. I’m only a little person so can only imagine difficult with a larger bodyOn the downside not really a fault of the hotel but the karaoke bar is extremely noisy till extended hours even with door closed and ear plugs in can be heard. This would deter me from staying again Bellevue Beach, General Manager at Sentido Bellevue Beach, responded to this review Dear Guest,Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback about your stay at SENTIDO Bellevue Beach. We are pleased to hear that you appreciated the cleanliness and appearance of our hotel, as well as the friendliness and helpfulness of our staff. Your kind words about our housekeeping team are especially appreciated. We are sorry to learn that certain aspects of your stay did not fully meet your expectations. Your comments regarding the variety of our food, bedding comfort, and overall atmosphere have been noted and will be taken into consideration as we continuously strive to improve our guests' experience.Regarding the noise from the nearby karaoke bar, we understand how frustrating this can be, especially during the evening hours. Although this establishment operates independently of our hotel, we sincerely regret the inconvenience it caused during your stay.Thank you once again for your constructive feedback. We hope you will reconsider visiting us in the future and give us another opportunity to provide you with a more enjoyable and relaxing holiday.Warm regards,SENTIDO Bellevue Beach Team
