Location

This resort is situated on the beach promenade of Sunny Beach, to the northern side of the sea. Guests will find the beach, numerous restaurants, bars and clubs as well as shops and links to the public transport network all on the hotel's doorstep. The beach hotel is just 2 km from the town centre and bus station and there are regular mini-train and bus services to old Nessebar. Bourgas Airport is around 35 km from the resort.

Facility

The hotel has 4 junior suites, 6 suites and 260 double rooms, which are located on 12 storeys and are reachable by 4 lifts. The friendly staff at the reception desk in the lobby are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe and currency exchange service. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. A number of shops, including a supermarket, are great for shopping or just browsing. The grounds of the hotel feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional facilities include a playroom. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park. Further services and facilities include a 24-hour security service, medical assistance, room service (for a fee), a laundry service and a hairdresser. A bicycle hire service provides all the necessary equipment for exploring the surrounding area. A fax machine is available for guests' business needs.

Rooms

Air conditioning and central heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. Guests can relax and enjoy partial sea views from the balcony or private terrace of some rooms. All rooms are carpeted and include a double bed or a king-size bed. Separate bedrooms are available. Children's beds can be requested for younger guests. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels and WiFi (no extra charge) provide all the essentials for a comfortable holiday. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower and a bathtub, as well as a hairdryer. The hotel has family rooms and 270 non-smoking rooms.

Sport

While the adults swim a few laps in the outdoor pool, children can enjoy splashing about in their own swimming area. Sun loungers and parasols are available on the sun terrace. A variety of refreshing drinks await guests at the pool bar. A variety of activities such as bocce, beach volleyball and archery or, for a fee, cycling/mountain biking, are offered at the hotel. The hotel offers numerous indoor sports, including a gym, table tennis, darts and aerobics or, for a fee, billiards. The wellness area offers beauty salon and massage treatments (for a fee). Entertainment options and leisure facilities include an entertainment programme and a kids' club.

Meals

Dining facilities include a dining room, a breakfast room, a café and a bar. A non-smoking restaurant with air conditioning, high chairs and a separate area for smokers is available to guests. Catering options include bed and breakfast, half board and all-inclusive. A generous breakfast buffet guarantees a great start to the day. At lunch, guests can choose between à la carte and a set menu. Dinner options include a buffet, à la carte and a set menu. Special culinary options, such as diet meals, are also available. In addition, special catering options and snacks are available. The hotel offers a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

    Fab holiday in this lovely hotel . It was very clean . Food was great and snacks also .Loved the cocktails . I have booked again for next year . The staff in the bars were helpful and friendly . I would say to anyone to come here .     Hi can anyone tell me if they have had a room with no balcony and if they know how much it cost to upgrade to one with a balcony please.     Food OK but a bit Repetiti if you are thinking of going here I would Recommend you to book a room with a sea View. Beer and Spirits so bad had to drink out all week don't take your kids nothing for them to do one plus they had a nice beach with free sunbeds must be better hotels in sunny beach but if you think on going I would book room only it's so cheap to eat out would not be return to this hotel Bellevue Beach, General Manager at Sentido Bellevue Beach, responded to this review Dear Guest,Thank you for sharing your recent experience with us.     Lovely Hotel, but a few things would make us not return

    We booked a last minute holiday a few days before we travelled in September.....looking for a nice relaxing time.* A stones throw away from the gorgeous beach, with the hotel offering free sunbeds and parasols* We had a 'comfort room' which was located on the 9th floor. Absolutely stunning sea view room. This came with a free meal for 2 in the Belverdere Restaurant, situated next to the main AI restaurant. This is a choice of 2 set menus, which we chose not to use.*The Air Conditioning in the room was terrible, any guests that we spoke to said the same. We left the balcony door open of a night as it was cooler than the Air Con*We were there 7 nights, and only had evening entertainment 1 night which was an Elvis tribute act......this was the most disappointing for me*Not a huge choice of food compared to some All Inclusive's ive stayed at, but the food is really tasty, but VERY repetitive.....Pork every night with some chicken dishes, veal and lamb 1 night which was lovely and tender. Salads, Soups (very greasy) etc. Breakfast is the same every day. Sausages are like hot dogs, bacon is streaky, lovely hams and cheeses which we had most days with some toast*Cocktail choices are poor.....no classics like the Pina Colada, Mojhito, Porn Star etc. They are Sex on the Beach/Blue Lagoon and a couple of others. They wont make you any others unless you pay for them*Both Pool bar and Lounge bar close BANG ON 11pm.....not a minute late so you better stock up.*Super Super Clean hotel and rooms*TV is mostly German Channels, 1 UK news Channel*Minimal Tea & Coffee in the room.....no milk cartons*Snack Bar offers Pizza, Fries, Pancakes, Burgers and Kebabs on certain days (so im told, but we missed this)*Reception staff super lovely and helpful *Bar staff lovely, but need to smile a bit more*Hotel full of Germans and RussiansAll in all....would we book this hotel again, and the answer is unfortunately No, for what we are looking for. Air Con was Poor, Bar Shutters Close at 11pm, No entertainment, Food is repetitive, and Cocktails were not good.
