Overall good stay, but would advice going in season

Overall the holiday was ok, Bulgaria is a beautiful place and the locals were all so polite and friendly.Hotel was super clean and the room was perfect, however pre-warning for anyone going in September...its a ghost town. We weren't warned that as of September 1st the season is over. They'd stopped all forms of entertainment, local attractions and shops had shut down, they had reduced food choices and all round felt like they were just waiting for you to leave. On the plus side it was super quiet and there was no queuing for the bar.The pool is ice cold, the sea is actually warmer.And the food temp is also an issue, most meals were luke warm at best, but lots of options. Not so much to eat of youre a picky eater

Came to this hotel hopping to have a nice holiday but after 4 days all the entertainment team left .so now no entertainment not even back ground music.staff in the bars very rude .pouring a drink seams to much trouble. Then being charged €52 to keep our room till 21:30 . All the food is nearly cold . They do provide a microwave but it has no turn table so can't heat it properly. Very poor hotel . On the plus side meet some lovely people.had a fantastic night in a local bar last night . Bingo and karaoke. Which is something the hotel could of put on . Meant to be 3 stars but in reality a 2 star at best . Would never come to this hotel again. But will definitely return to sunny beach in the future,

Got there late at night to find we weyon the 3rd floor with no lift.no good for us oldies.beds were less than 6 inches of the floor once again no good for us oldies.the food over the week was always cold but plentiful.we ate out once a day even though we wyall inclusive it's good to get hot food.the bar staff were largely ignorant or not at the bar to serve you.asked at reception where are the bar staff and they said we don't know.the hotel was clean and the cleaners seemed to be the only people who knew there jobs.overall a well disappointing stay

Would not call this 4 stars but location is amazing, especially if you are wanting night life. A lot of bars, restaurants and shops very close by. Guests are rude. Food is always cold and drinks are rank. Also is not on the beach as you would imagine from picture, but is definitely close enough so isn’t a massive issue. Pool bar staff are very fun and friendly. Pool is massive but was very cold. Wifi is poor around most of the hotel. Showers don’t drain very well at all and bugs were in the bathroom for our whole experience. Had absolutely no issue with cleaners, they changed the bedding, towels and provided toilet roll when needed. Overall, a decent place to stay, especially if you are wanting night life as sunny beach is a short 20 min max walk away.

There were a lot of dissatisfied customers visibly complaining on-site. Guests were not given an extended check-out time, so they were sitting in the lobby on top of their suitcases. There were very few seats available, and the reception staff spoke poor English. They can see when the rooms are already booked, yet they still let guests come back every day to ask about a late check-out. They are not very customer-friendly. Even people I know who used to love going there no longer visit because of the decline in quality. A lot of noise also comes through the room doors.
