  We arrived at the hotel on 24th September and we're shocked to find all the attractions and additional food outlets on site were closed. Only the bar and restaurant were open. On our last day we had to eat in a neighbouring hotel as the restaurant was closed. The food was pretty awful and usually cold. There are no shops or restaurants close by and it's fair to say the whole area had closed down for the winter. This is not a four star hotel, maybe three when all the amenities are available but it's dishonest to accept visitors when the hotel is 90% closed. We regret that the reduced seasonal services affected your overall experience.   BAD FOOD, LET DOWN

  Hotel was very clean and staff very helpful, however we ended hiring a car as there was no entertainment nothing as described very boring. All pools were freezing only went in 1 day out of 7. Food was horrendous, breakfast acceptable, lunch and dinner vile. Me and my partner ended going for dinner every single night and spend over £600 on food due to the situation. My little boy also would not eat much. We ate at hotel on the last day and all ended up with severe abdo pain and diarrhea for a few days!! Don’t understand why it has the ratings it does.   The location of Sol Nessebar Bay was ideal – close to the Old Town and Sunny Beach, with great transport links.The atmosphere was pleasant, the staff were friendly, and there was entertainment as advertised by TUI despite it being the end of the season. The waterslides were a hit, and the close proximity to the beach was another positive.The room we stayed in was clean and had the expected facilities, including a hairdryer, safe and TV. However, the noise levels were unfortunately a significant issue for us. We stayed in Room 216, which was pool-facing, and whilst we couldn't hear the entertainment from downstairs particularly well, the soundproofing between adjoining rooms and the corridors was very poor. We could clearly hear conversations from the neighbouring room, as well as footsteps and noise from the corridor, which was particularly noticeable when trying to settle down in the evening.We raised our concerns with reception, but unfortunately we didn't notice any improvement.Overall, the value for an all-inclusive holiday was okay. There was plenty to do and see both on site and nearby. The food was nice enough, although we felt it lacked variety – although this may have been partly due to the end-of-season period.Unfortunately, the noise issues would make us hesitant to return. Other aspects of our stay were enjoyable, but being able to hear conversations and general activity so clearly from neighbouring rooms and the corridor made it difficult to relax and sleep comfortably.   Two months have already passed since our holiday in Bulgaria (July 2026) at the Sol Nessebar Bay Hotel, and even now, looking back, I remember it as a wonderful time spent in the beautifully maintained surroundings of a pine forest park.The hotel is beautifully situated and perfectly equipped in every aspect for both relaxation and entertainment. It is romantic for couples, while also being ideal for families with children.The food was excellent and varied, and the staff were very helpful. The menu included dishes from traditional cuisine as well as food catering to more “European tastes.”Special praise goes to the staff responsible for keeping the rooms and interiors clean – everything was always neat and well maintained, also thanks to the lovely Doni and the pleasant Mariana.THANK YOU FOR A WONDERFUL TIME!
