First time to Bulgaria, friends had recommended but what a disappointment. If you are a Vegan there is hardly any choice for food, even if you are a meat eater the food is the same selection at every restaurant. The same meals just different prices. As for the hotel, the downstairs is beautifully done but they seem to have forgotten about the upstairs. Pitch black corridors with sensored lights. High steps that try to trip you up daily. Miserable and unhelpful staff, so difficult to get a smile or conversation out of them. The only friendly people were the manager and cleaners who were lovely. Unfortunately we wouldn't go back to Bulgaria again and i would have a look at the reviews before booking your holiday here.

This hotel having visited last year has absolutely gone down hill. with it being in the euro now the taxi drivers at hotel are taking advantage and trying to charge 20 euro to main flower one way . 60 euro to airport which is double on previous year .the hotel all inclusive drinks list is terrible cheapest vodka and whiskey and worst 3 cocktails with more ice in them than any alcohol .also the food is terrible choice is the worst greasy and no taste .late checkouts they will cut your all inclusive band off and charge you extra 70 euros and extra 40 for food so wouldnt advise that if you have a late flight. they charged my freind extra 50 euro for 4 hrs.staff are rude and abrupt.management have worst attitude ive seen .

If you want your holiday ruined, this is the hotel you should consider. An extremely rude manager who refused to replace our lost room key without paying a €20 fine, sloppy cleaning of the rooms, complete lack of privacy in the hotel rooms, and many other negatives caused us to leave the hotel early.

The hotel in general is great as has been quoted in other reviews, plenty of sunbeds, room is cleaned daily, location is spot on for a bus ride to Nessibar or a day on the beach.In the evening there is a change of theme where a DJ set is on from 20:00-23:00. This is either on one of the main pros or cons depending on your taste. In general the music was fine but the volume level was borderline dangerous in the general areas, lobby, bar area. I had a sound meter app on my phone which measured over 100dB in the lobby area which should require that hearing protection is provided and deemed a compulsory hearing protection zone.It's a shame really because the lobby area is generally one of the busiest parts in the evening but it was devoid of people and spoiled the general feeling of the evening.Surely it is not necessary to have the music at these levels for guests to enjoy it ?
