Wonderful family stay with excellent service

    rating29 Sept 2026

We had a wonderful stay at Diamant Residence and were very happy with our experience. We arrived very late at night, but the welcome was warm and professional. Even though it was the middle of the night, the hotel prepared sandwiches and water for us, which was especially appreciated after a long journey with our small child.Since we were travelling with a baby, we really appreciated how well the hotel was prepared for families. A baby cot with mattress, changing mat, bottle sterilizer, electric kettle and other baby facilities were prepared for us. Everything made travelling with a small child much easier and more comfortable. The location is also excellent. It was very easy to get around and explore the area. The tourist train and other transport options stop right in front of the hotel, which made visiting nearby attractions very enjoyable and convenient. The food was another highlight of our stay. Everything was fresh and delicious, especially the baklava and Turkish-style dishes. On our last day, the hotel also had a special seafood-themed dinner, which was truly memorable. The pool bar was excellent as well. The service was professional, and we especially enjoyed having a different surprise cocktail every day. ??Finally, a special thanks to the reception team. They were professional, friendly and always willing to help whenever we needed something.Overall, we had a very enjoyable and comfortable stay, especially as a family with a young child. We would be happy to stay here again.
