  For a 3 star hotel and having stayed in all stars through my travels this hotel was excellent value for money. Quality service, polite, rooms cleaned very well and bedding changed everyday.Beach a stones throw away.Bulgarian people have a different culture than Spanish so don't expect Spanish attitudesBulgarians are traditional reserved generally.Highly recommended stay

  Great Family Hotel, Very Clean, Friendly Staff and Good Food

  My party stayed here recently we had two rooms, when we arrived the receptionist seemed very friendly and she took us to to our rooms which I thought was a nice touch.The rooms are of course basic this isn't a 5 star hotel, but as a young family the rooms were very nice and both rooms had very nice views, and you could see sea behind the other hotels, one of the rooms had views of the mountains which were lovely. I found both rooms to be cleaned to a high standard and found the cleaners lovely.We did encouter a few of the issues other reviewers messaged about such as poor draining showers in both rooms and no water pressure at certain times, but neither were a major issue for us and the bathrooms served their intended purpose. I think these are some of the things the hotel should look into, tea making facilities would be nice as well. The other issue is the lift is quite small and the cleaners use with their trollets, so when you have a pushchair you find yourself waiting awhile to get down.I found all staff at Sunny Beach Club to be very nice and the restaurant staff were lovely and good with the kids, the breakfast was nice of course a bit repetive like any of these places, I really liked the waffles and wish they did these more often.The whole hotel was very clean and you could see it being cleaned regularly, and the pool was very clean also, the pool is cold but you soon get temperture adjusted the slides are a nice touch too for a budget hotel.Last year we stayed in Sveti Vlas and the hotel we stayed in we found the staff to be very rude and unwelcoming, Sunny Day Club was the opposite and were very friendly (this includes cleaners, reception staff and restuarant staff).We visited the Captain Duck Restaurant on three occasions and found the food very good value and tasty, the pizzas were to die for, and the ribs were very nice and meaty. The beer is very good value compared to most places we have visited too.The hotel is well situated it's easy to get to the main strip in a 20 minute walk (that's with young children i'm sure you could do it quicker!) and it's far enough away from the hustle and bustle so you don't get your sleep disturbed. There is a bus stop outside which takes you to places like nessebar. We also walked to the sunny beach bus station on several occasions to visit places such as Burgas and Pomorie.We left Sunny Day Club with lots of fond memories and are keen to go back to the hotel in the future. So I can't give anything less than a 5 star review for that reason.
