Facility

Lovely hotel with lovely staff and food was great breakfast was included but not a winner only 4/5 options hidden charges are why I only gave 4 stars pay for Internet iron and hairdryer only a €1 a day for each but basic for a hotel room nowadays.The location is perfect only 4 min walk to beach couple of things to watch out for on sunny beach Taxi outside sunny beach club hotel stay away a thief in my eyes picks on tourists and overcharged.The ice cream stands are a robbery, a price on weight 3 scoops €25 Handmade lemonade 1 ltr it's all ice people and €8/10 but clothes on the beach front are great value bring an empty suitcase it gets wild july/August but live spot and lovely people to bars to go to the Drunken sailer and Barcadi bar

The hotel has great location, it's clean and we found the staf very polite and friendly. For a 3 star hotel is more than good. I have read all the comments and can't understand what expectations were not met - it's a budget 3 star hotel.

Thi was the second time in this hotel, room spotless, always got a smile of the cleanera with me greeting them in Bulgarian, reception staff efficient, easy check in and out , breakfast food ok, only went acouple of times, drinks in bar reasonable priced, pool area clean, will go back. . Hotel was fine .Kids loved the pool area.Biggest issue was the staff.I get they work long hours for a more likely less wage than some countries but their rudeness and ignorance is on another level .The only staff that are genuinely nice were the cleaning ladies always smiling and interacting with the kids .Would i stay here again a big NO Sunny Day, General Manager at Hotel Sunny Day Club, responded to this review Thank you for taking the time to share your experience.We are glad to hear that your children enjoyed the pool area and that you found our facilities satisfactory.
