  Another top holiday at these lovely apartments all staff and managers are so helpful and friendly clean comfortable apartments with all you need for self catering 2 large clean pools and friendly reasonable bar everything is just very relaxed thanks to all Steve Jen and Max

  I was really looking forward to staying here as the reviews I previously read were good and as a first holiday travelling as a solo adult I felt comfortable I was wrong the studio we were given was falling to bits stains and rips on curtains taps hanging off skirting boards coming away. Our room overlooked a dirty street and for some reason our air con units were placed on the balcony so u couldn't really sit out unless u wanted blasted in the face with hot air we asked for a room change were told no rooms available but found out the next day it was lies from other member of staff did not feel welcomed here at all staff barely spoke to us but fell over others wouldn't recommend anyone to stay here Emilian Redansky, General Manager at TSB Sunny Victory Apartments, responded to this review Dear Guest,Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback.We take comments regarding the condition of our apartments seriously. We regret that you were left with a different impression.Regarding your request to change apartments, we would also like to clarify an important point. Room changes depend on the type of accommodation booked, availability for the full remaining duration of the stay, and whether an apartment has been cleaned and released for occupation. The fact that another apartment may appear to be empty does not necessarily mean that it is available for a room move. We therefore do not believe it is fair to describe our staff as having lied to you.We are particularly disappointed to read that you did not feel welcomed. Our team looks after thousands of guests throughout the season, and friendly and helpful service is something we take very seriously.   Lovely stay at Sunny Victory apartments

  Just returned from a week at Sunny Victory apartment and have had a lovely stay here.We arrived late at night following a delayed flight from the UK and were pleasantly surprised to be allocated a one bedroom apartment rather than the studio we had booked. This was a top floor apartment with a huge wraparound terrace, open plan living/dining room/kitchenette, separate bedroom and 2 bathrooms! As mentioned in other reviews, the apartments are a little dated, but they were very clean and met our needs.The complex itself is well maintained with 2 pools (lots of sunbeds), bar area, small supermarket, restaurant (although this didn't appear to be open when we visited) and bakery just outside. There is a LIDL supermarket a couple of minutes walk away and a local supermarket close by as well. The pool area and bar is in the centre of the apartment blocks, so felt private as you could not see the pool area from the street. The complex also has a 24 hour security guard on the gate. The outside areas are cleaned thoroughly every day and the whole complex looks well cared for.The only downsides for me were that I found the bed too hard for me and the pillow was quite flat. If I stayed here again, I would probably bring a pillow with me! The kitchen area was quite small (particularly for the size of the apartment). It had 2 hobs, a microwave, fridge and kettle, but not much in the way of crockery, cutlery or kitchen equipment. We mostly ate out and just made sandwiches in the apartment, but would have struggled if we wanted to cook a proper meal. We had an issue with our air conditioning (the unit in the bedroom broke down), but this was repaired within a couple of hours of reporting to reception.The complex is about 5 minutes walk away from the beachfront which is lined with bars, restaurants and market stalls selling souvenirs, stuff for the beach and knock off (presumably) designer goods and electronics. The complex is in the northern area of Sunny Beach. It takes about 20 minutes or so to walk to Flower Street, which is the busiest area of Sunny Beach for bars/clubs etc if that takes your fancy, but there was more than enough entertainment closer to home, so we rarely went as far as the central area. You can also catch the road train which runs along the sea front for 4Euro. There is a bus stop around the corner where you can catch a bus to Nessebar for 1.60 each way and free shuttle buses to a nearby water park.If we come back to Sunny Beach, we will definitely stay here again. In fact, some of the other guests we spoke to during our stay were either repeat visitors or had already booked their next trip!

  Great location, near a lidl and less than 10 minutes to beach front,clean but quite basic self catering utensils, plenty of sunbeds and nice pool
