  Awful room.

  From the moment we opened the door to our room we knew that we had chosen our accommodation badly, the decor was dated and in need of a good fresh coat of paint, the bed was huge, the bottom sheet barely covered it, which exposed the filthy mattress protector beneath, the balcony was a good size, but was covered in huge spiders webs. The bathroom wasn't the cleanest, but had plenty of hot water. The cooking facilities consisted of a microwave, a toaster, a coffee machine and a kettle. There was plenty of cutlery, dishes and glasses, but all needed a wash before use.We didn't have one visit from the cleaner all week, so had to wash the towels that were provided a few times during the week.The pool area was probably the best part of the complex, comfortable loungers and a descent sized pool, the bar was ok for beer and soft drinks, the cocktails that were advertised around the pool certainly didn't bare any resemblance to what you got.Overall this hotel had a 3 star rating, but our room would barely qualify as a 2 star.

  Its been an experience !

  Reception - only open 10-7 (think it was 7) not an issue really as there is a number to ring out of these hours. Room was on 5th floor and although the lift says no more than 6 people there is a sign saying only 2, and its a bit dodgy ! not a great start ! The room did have plates etc and a kettle toaster and microwave. The room was a bit grotty and the curtains not too clean but the air con worked and despite not being able to hang the shower head on the wall it does have plenty of hot water and was a decent strength (although the shower cubicle could have done with a good clean !) The bed was HUGE ! and really comfortable, HOWEVER the sheets literally came to the edge of the mattress and no further ! you wouldn't think this would be an issue but the mattress cover actually felt like sandpaper !The pool was brill and there was a little bar/restaurant attached which was good for drinks while round the pool. There was no noise at night. My review would have been higher had they changed the sheets as promised after 7 days, but I had to go down twice to ask for clean sheets after being told the cleaners were "too busy" and also had their been a plug for either sink in the room ! we couldn't fill a sink for 10 days ! god alone knows how much water we wasted. It was ok , but its not the cheapest and for a little more money you would get a lot better value !

  We arrived early hours and was met by reception guy, was very friendly and helpful. Overall apartment was good, pool was great the only thing that let them down was lack of clean bedding and towels however when asked at reception for these the maid was in the next day and it was sorted. There was no maid service so cleaning was done by myself for the whole two weeks. Despite that overall they stay was reasonable. It is about 15 mins walk from the beach front but the train is regular and cheap.

  Apartments were disgusting blood on sheets room was still dirty when we arrived avoid like the plauge only thing that was ok was the pool my son was never out of there overall would never go back to Bulgaria very expensive and not much do do for a young family

  We arrived when reception was opened. It's opening hours are 10am to 7pm mon-sun. If you arrive outside these times it's a phone number you can call.We were on 5th floor apartment. A lift is there to help you. The apartments was better than I expected on first impressions. Two bedrooms. Large upstairs bathroom. One bedroom with a supervised bed and one with a single bed.the living room also had a double bed made up in it. The kitchen had a fridge,microwave sink and basic utensils. And there was a toilet down stairs to. There was 3 balconies in our apartment and two overlooked the pool.On better inspection we realised apart from microwave there was nothing to cook on. I went to 'reception and they have me a hot plate and lots and pans. We had to go a couple of more times about various problems, and they were sorted out straight away. The rooms are a little tired but for the price and using place for a base of was great.The pool area was the best part of this apartments. There is a small area for kids to swim with a slide and water fall. The pool is open from 9am till 6pm. The little cafe beside pool you can use(it's part of the hotel next to apartments) we used this for our breakfast as for 5 lev you got a typical local breakfast. Eggs-fried or scrambled, eggy bread, cereal, fruit bread cheese local meats and as much as you wanted. You can also get drinks for round the pool there, cocktails with local spirits were 2for 1 all day. The location was great for us as a family as we didn't want loud clubs. There was lots of cheap take away near by and shops and bakerys. The noddy train stops near by. We took it to the centre of sunny beach and to nessabar. But most evenings we had a stroll into sunny beach centre which-with a one year old took about half hour. Bedroom beach is 5 mins away.If you want a cheap base with no frills these apartments were great.
