The nearest train station is in Bourgas, some 30 km away. Bourgas Airport is a similar distance away, while Varna Airport is approximately 100 km away.

Yavor Hotel is rated as a 4-star property, but based on our experience, it felt closer to a 2-star standard.When we first arrived, we were given a room with a strong odor. The manager was helpful in arranging a different room, which was an improvement, though still not very clean. Over the course of our 10-day stay, towels were changed only once, and overall cleanliness did not meet expectations.The dining experience was also disappointing. Meals were very similar each day, often served lukewarm, and snacks between lunch and dinner were overcooked. Long queues of 15–20 minutes were common. Unfortunately, there was no entertainment provided during our stay.Service at reception was inconsistent, and on several occasions, we were advised to resolve issues ourselves, such as locating a cleaner and pointing out areas to be addressed. Even when requesting a room change, we had to personally track down the manager.Another downside was the Wi-Fi. It was only available for free in the reception area, and there was an additional charge if you wanted access in your room.Overall, while Yavor Hotel carries a 4-star rating, the quality of service, food, and cleanliness did not reflect that standard.

I have been to at least 20 Bulgarian hotels and had half board and all-inclusive. This one was all-inclusive. The room was good with a large fridge, balcony, and TV. The mattress was good quality and not worn out unlike other hotels. The food for all-inclusive, for the price paid was fine. I am English and used to the hot food being really hot. There is a microwave to heat it up some more if you wish. All in all the food for the price paid is fine. The pool has the advantage of sun till at least 1800hrs. As for the staff, again, I am English and found the staff to be friendly and to be the same as they are in Bulgaria. I find you have to sometimes start a conversation with them, first.

It's such a shame that the staff are so ignorant and rude apart from the cleaner .on 2 Nd floor doing rooms 30/ to 38 she is the friendless most helpful polite lady and the two young men on reception who were so polite and helpful ...the bar man ignored us wen wanted a drink if he could. he's the dark skinned skinny man but worst of all was the old women who was the undemanger or so called owner as she told us she's in her shes awful ignorant and does not care that we are paying for the holiday the younger manger that came down in the morning was very helpful and spoke quite good english .The food was cooked nice and I enjoyed the food. Alot if the time the food is the same. But nice and U can have different meats .not much choice of cakes but I wasn't bothered. .I would of thought on all-inclusive the children could of got ice cream all the time but only between 3 snd 5 where the snack bar opens. I wouldn't go again to this hotel as it's not English there was only 4 of us English in there and most of the staff are very ignorant to us English which makes it very uncomfortable. Like I say it's a shame as the hotel is nice .cleaning lady and the young lads lovely .but don't go if yr English ??

This hotel was in a convenient location within minutes walk from the bars/ restaurants etc but we were disappointed with this hotel, food was very basic and no entertainment whatsoever. Only one beach bar open. The cleaner woke us every morning at 9 to come and clean the room and even came into the room while we were still in bed. Reception staff were unwelcoming and rude. Not a 4 star hotel as advertised.

Absolutely amazing value for money and great staff

After booking this hotel I was very apprehensive after reading the trip advisor reviews. Upon arrival we were greeted with a very warm welcome. The staff were friendly always, helpful and lovely! Our rooms were all together roverlooking the pool and they were absolutely spotless. The maids came daily to make our beds and give us clean towels and top up the toilet roll. The staff went out of their way to help us move rooms due to noisy neighbours. I don't understand where the bad reviews are coming from as I would consider myself a very 'snobby' traveller but I loved this hotel with its warm welcome, comfy clean rooms and the extra service all of the staff were willing to offer. The food was mainly Bulgarian but even though i am a very picky eater, there was always choices for me. The food was freshly cooked and the salads were amazing! I am reluctant to write a good review as I don't want it to be so busy that I cannot book again! It's so well priced, the people who have complained must be expecting a lot for very little money!THANK YOU TO EVERYONE WHO WORKS THERE ??
