  Terrible Staff and Extremely Rude Service

  We were very disappointed with the attitude and behaviour of the hotel staff. Unfortunately, the staff was by far the worst part of our stay.Many employees hardly speak any English, and their communication with guests is often rude, unfriendly and even aggressive. It really feels as if guests are not welcome here.What shocked me the most were the situations in the restaurant. I witnessed staff confronting guests over taking just one piece of fruit outside the restaurant. They would grab people by their bags and shake them to check what was inside. It was honestly horrible to watch. I understand that there may be rules about taking food out of the restaurant, but there is absolutely no excuse for treating guests in such an aggressive and disrespectful way.I also have to mention an older woman with brown hair and glasses working at the reception. Her attitude towards guests is extremely unpleasant. I personally witnessed her aggressively confronting people simply because they had accidentally left their room card inside the room. The way she spoke to and treated guests was shocking.The hotel itself could be quite decent, but the attitude and behaviour of the staff seriously ruined our experience. I hope the management pays attention to this, because respectful and professional treatment of guests should be a basic standard in any hotel.

  Very pleasant stay

  We stayed for 5 days, at All Inclusive. The hotel is very close to the beach, the beach is well maintained. Our rooms were renovated, cleaned daily, everything like in the pictures. We also enjoyed the food, it was a good variety, overall 8/10, only the beverages included were a bit too watery.The staff is very friendly and ready to help you. We were very happy with our choice, would definitely recommend! ??

  Hotel has great location to beach and bus to strip and Old Nesebar. My room was very modern and clean. Air conditioning in room however no kettle, fridge and very limited wardrobe space which was fine for just me but for more maybe challenging as no where to put your cases out of the way.Majority of guests during my stay German and Polish, thank god a met a couple of English ladies to talk to and keep me sane. No atmosphere as pool, music tape on loop and not much entertainment in the evenings. Again thank god World Cup had started for something to do.The restaurant was something else, I’m fussy but I did find something I like. Majority of guests half board to dinner time was a mad rush frenzy of people piling up there plates….absolutely no manners. Drinks in restaurant only served at breakfast and you can’t get a cuppa till 7.30am or after 4pm. Sign on restaurant that food cannot no be taken out of restaurant in which one even the restaurant manager was in the door stopping people searching bags…yes I was stopped .I arrived midnight on a Monday to had a late pick up the following Monday, due to excitement of going home I had packed up and checked out by 8am in which they cut off my wristband so access to food and drink was denied and due to lack of English no one to ask to get me something.Jet2 you have a great reputation you need to look at taking this hotel off your list as I feel not catering for English clients.Lovely weather and location but hotel and atmosphere let me done.

  The hotel was clean and housekeeping was good, but overall the experience was disappointing. Food quality was poor, often cold, and there were very limited options, especially for vegetarians. We booked half board expecting to eat elsewhere, but almost everything nearby was closed and local shops only sold snacks. The hotel offered no flexibility to buy additional meals unless upgrading to full board. Amenities were extremely limited – no indoor pool, no meaningful activities, and the play area is only suitable for very young children (around under 4s). The unheated pools and lack of entertainment meant there was very little to do after a couple of days. Overall, not great value for families.

  Ok. Hour walk from sunny beach central, there is a bus there about 8 stops. Terrible reception staff. Food cold and not heated trays , but there is a microwave
