    This is our second time in the hotel.Its great quality for money in my opininion .The spa has exellent facilities-swimming pool ,jacuzzi ,etc.The staff is friendly anf polite.We got an exellent room -clean and spacious.

    Forget the 5 stars, this is barely a 3 star..

    A 5 star hotel for such a low price, there’s got to be a catch or in this case, several! Firstly, it’s worth noting that there’s a hotel and a spa hospital, we stayed 5 days in the hotel part so can only comment on that. The studio room is relatively large and the small balcony had chairs and a nice view of the pool and mountains. The pool & garden area is quite large and well maintained which makes it a relaxing place to hang out although many towels seem to live full time on sun beds. The hotel is super central and parking is easy enough. This is were the good things end. Overall, the hotel is rather tired and dated. The cleanliness is very very poor.. cobwebs & spiders from the reception lobby through to the rooms. We found a broken piece of glass and a push pin on the floor of room when we first entered, bedsheets and towels weren’t replaced throughout our stay. Mattress was bouncy and uncomfortable and you can hear your neighbors conversations. The room also doesn’t have basic tea/coffee making facilities but there was a mini fridge. Breakfast food was very poor.. the continental breakfast consists of basic cereal and toast with honey or jam. Savoury breakfast choice was a bit more but cheap sausages, greasy bacon and dodgy looking eggs didn’t look much more appealing than the continental option. The Orange juice was watered down and tasteless and the coffee is overly bitter with an after taste of swimming pool water. As breakfast basics weren’t up to scratch, we didn’t even dare try lunch or dinner there and decided to eat out instead. Worst of all though, we went during COVID and not a single member of staff or guests were wearing face masks despite all the signs and in-country law making this mandatory indoors.. crazy!All in all, a very very average stay but then it was cheap so it all makes sense.. don’t go there with 5 star expectations and pay peanuts, this is barely a 3 star on the best of days!

    The negatives:-The food is pretty bad- even the cats outside didn’t want to eat the meat. We mostly ate potatoes. The coffee served at breakfast is undrinkable so you have to use the coffee vending machine outside -Rooms- not the best rooms, the bathroom needs renovation badly. You can get the same room in a 2 star hotel. It’s VERY NOISY after 7 am, there must be a construction outside The positives- the procedures and the staff have been great - the nature and the view from the pool is incredible - good spa selection and facilities Suggestions:- no construction work before 8am- better quality ingredients for the breakfast menu (eg fresh eggs)-new coffee machines - change the bath robes every day or have a way to dry them quickerOverall we had a good time but not worth spending the money we did for this place.

    The hotel is very bad - kitchen, hygiene, service, quality, activities. The sheets and bathrobes are torn, it smells bad in the room, it's dirty, the food sucks, the sunbeds are disgusting, the food is awful. I do not recommend. Very bad . The hotel deserves 1 star. I would NEVER come again. Complete misery !!!!!
