    Hotel has has the best location in the city. It is close to the central attractive locations, restaurants and coffee shops and OLD TOWN. All are in walking distances.We had 2 Twin bed room which had good comfort. We had 1 Big bathroom. They are renovating.Breakfast was very good with many options. Service was very good. The Master Chef is cooking excellent omlet!Hotel has very large swimming pool and very nice spa.The price value is worthy to choose this Hotel in Plovdiv.Very helpful and professional General Manager and Front Office who can solve every critics.I highly recommend this Hotel.     Rudest doorman I’ve ever met

    We didn’t stay at the hotel, but it was a meeting point for our tour coach. Our Bulgarian tour guide said we had permission to use the restrooms so we went in the hotel to be met by the rudest doorman I have ever encountered anywhere. An absolutely terrible advert for the hotel. I tried to communicate with him, he didn’t understand but instead of remaining polite and genial he became aggressive in his manner with an awful attitude that suggested that I was nothing but a nuisance. How he became the first representative of the hotel that you meet beggars belief. Awful experience, I will never stay at a Ramada if this is the calibre of the staff.
