Stayed three nights and had a very disappointing experience. Loud disco music until 2am limited our sleep, which really annoyed us. Breakfast was bedlam. Three floor staff was all we saw, on duty. They were under pressure as they attempted to clean tables, replenish food and dishes. This was impossible so most days no/limited fruit, bread or dishes etc available and queues for tea/coffee and toaster. Not a nice relaxing experience at all. I definitely would not return despite the room being lovely, comfortable and spacious.

The Hotel is very nice from the outside and inside. The lobby is large and with good sitting area. There is a Casino attached to the lobby.The rooms are clean however the Air Conditioning did not work. We had to open the Window to cool the room, however the noise level from the traffic was loud and disturbing. The shower in the room did not work and they changed our room. In the relocated room the water was coming out of the shower area and we had to use some of the towels to be able to comfortably use the washroom without hazard of slipping.There was no coffee / Tea / Kettle provided in room. Toiletries were basic. Overall I would rate this hotel not more than three star.The Atrium restaurant was where we had breakfast. Breakfast was good and had a variety of fruits, baked /bread items, yogurt, cheese and fresh cut vegetables. The hotel is located within 10-15 minutes walking distance from all important sightseeing.Overall good for a couple of nights stay but not 4 or 5 star.
