  Terrible experience, the room had serious, known problems.We stayed here because we were attending a friend’s wedding, and our friend had booked a room for us. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing.There were several problems with the room. The cabinet was very dirty inside, the hangers were in poor condition, and there were dirty patches on the couch. The glass table was also unstable, with problems with its legs.However, the biggest issue was the bathroom. After taking a shower, the water would not drain properly. The dirty water remained on the bathroom floor and eventually overflowed, making it difficult and unpleasant to use the toilet. It also created a serious slipping and tripping hazard.We immediately complained at reception. What made the situation even more frustrating was that we were told that the problem had already existed for several months and had still not been repaired. The manager came to speak with us and explained that, according to him, it was not a drainage problem but an issue with the floor. The manager said that the floor had been installed incorrectly, which was why the water was not draining properly. It was clear from the tiles that they had not been installed just a few weeks ago. Moreover, there was a thick layer of limescale along the tiled wall, which clearly indicated that this problem had existed for a long time.We asked to be moved to another room, but we were told that the hotel was fully booked and that there were no other rooms available. However, when I checked the hotel’s website myself, I could see that another room appeared to be available for booking.We also asked whether we could receive a partial refund or other compensation, considering that the bathroom was essentially unusable, but this was not offered.What I find most unacceptable is that the hotel knew about this serious problem before our arrival and still allowed guests to book and stay in the room without informing them. If a room has a known problem that significantly affects its basic use, guests should be informed before booking or the room should simply not be offered until the problem has been fixed.Overall, this was far below the standard I would expect from a hotel. Be aware that you may be given a room with known, unresolved problems without being informed beforehand.

  I stayed there for many days, the hotel rooms and staff are really nice and supportive. And it not far from the centre.It takes only 20 minutes to reach there, nearby there are so many places to eat. So,I recommend this hotel.

  Fine hotel for one or two nights. Hotel is on nice location, centar and shoping mall are not far away. Nice pub acrosss the streat. Parking is problem, there is no enough parking spots. You must park on the public parking on the street wich is paid on weekdays except sunday.

  We stayed here for four nights and were very comfortable.Our room was nice and clean and faced the front but it was fairly quiet after 11pm. Nice pub across the road that did food. Hotel restaurant was closed for staff holiday. The Reception staff were very helpful and we will be happy to return later in the year.

  Stayed in the hotel for 1 night only for a business trip The hotel is well located in a quite neighborhood, right across a small restaurant. That's all for the good parts. The room was dirty - stains on the table, in the bathroom, on the floor. Not pleasant at all. The mattress was uncomfortable. Right across our bed were 2 windows - we asked the receptionist if they can put some curtains on (there were curtain rails!) but she said the curtains she had before got stolen so... she didn't put new ones (???). The light in our eyes in the morning was not pleasant. The Bulgarian flag by the entrance was faded so much you couldn't tell the colors.It was fine for a 1 night stay but no more.
