  Positives re apartment In Sofia not far from main areaGood size rooms Kitchen with fridge Tiny balcony Bad things in room 11Receptionist didn’t see us late a night - and had to bang on window to be let us in Non smoking room - smells of someone smoking in bed and in kitchen - mainly in the binNot enough cutlery - asked for more.Asked for bowels for cereal - there isn’t any - had breakfast in a cupAsked for two beds - was ok with large bed and sofa but no sheets for sofa and main bed sheets do not fit the bed nor does the duvet.No mattress protector No covers at night as don’t cover two of us Mattress dusty Dusty shelves Electrics for plugs on one side of wall hanging off Bedroom Curtain missing facing the bedroom - light comes in early morning Bathroom not fully clean - only in parts Shower broken Couldn’t report our findings as late at night and out all day on trips reception closed between those hours ( manned 10am-10pm)Felt dirty staying there.

  Degradation and filth

  We booked three apartments, the one occupied by me and my partner Mik was in an embarrassing state.Neglect and dirt, absolutely to be avoided.We found a double bed with the linen of a cot. Mattresses and pillows full of yellow stains. The sheets were already dirty and with hair. We slept lying motionless on the only towel they provided us. Really disgusting!!!   A waking nightmare!

  I stayed in this property with my family: we were a group of 11 people who stayed in 5 rooms (if they can be defined as such). The conditions were at the limits of liveability: dirt was everywhere, from the floors, to the bathrooms, even to the beds, whose linen (pillows, sheets and blankets) was all stained with yellow stains and blood splatters. Towels were scarce for all occupants (only one per person) and were dirty and broken. The staff proved to be uniquely rude, they even laughed in our faces at our complaints and requests to resolve the problem. My mother-in-law contracted conjunctivitis due to the poor hygienic conditions of the place. The doors were broken: I tried to turn the key several times to gain entry and the handle also came loose from the rest of the door. The floors are filthy and the bathrooms have leaks and non-functioning fixtures, with all the traces of previous stays (the toilet brush will give you the clearest proof of this).   To forget!

  Terrible is an understatement. We took 5 rooms because we are a big family and we found dirty beds, broken sheets and towels. At first only one towel, we had to request at least one more.   A functional apartment with 15-20 minute walk to the center of the city

  Recently decorated apartments, comfortable & clean. Good Wi-Fi . The delux apartment is a reasonable size for 2 people. The superior apartment is bigger and has a living area separate from the kitchen & a bigger bedroom. The bed covers provided are thin, ok for summer, I am not sure if the rooms are heated in winter. The rooms have radiators but they were not turned on even though it was cold at night in October. Location is ok, a 15 - 20 minute walk to the center of town. 25 minute walk to the central train station. There is a tram stop 5 minutes walk. Some small cafes open during the day in the area. A quiet area at night .
