Nice enough but not what you expect from a boutique. Needs refurbishing.

Bedroom - bed comfy, black out curtains not long enough for the windows, bright blue light from wifi hub lit up the room at night. Did provide two bottles of water a day.Bathroom - shower over bath and the attachment was difficult to position for a decent shower, water flooded onto the floor and bath surrounds. One of those old-fashioned wall mounted hair dryers that cause instant frizz, and it was falling apart. Breakfast - decent selection but atmosphere spoiled by piped music with a thumping beat. Outside area wasn't open when I was there but looked nice.

We stayed here based on the reviews. Absolutely stunning place. Our room was huge with everything one might want. The bar area was comfortable and cozyStaff was extremely pleasant and helpful. Would strongly rcommend

We had a Parkview room on the 5th floor and it was lovely to look at the trees. The rooms are old and could possibly be renovated for greater appeal. Great location for walking to all the attractions. Breakfast was limited in options. Reception staff and doorman were pleasant.

A pleasant hotel in the city centre. At first sight, the reception does not give the impression of the rooms or even the bar, because they are very well kept. The restaurant perhaps leaves something to be desired.

Exceptional and immaculate hotel in the university district of Sofia

This is an outstanding hotel right next to Sofia University. The staff members go out of their way to be helpful, the rooms are VERY spacious and clean, and the breakfast is incredible (eat outside for a lovely way to start the day). I was in Sofia for a work conference, and I felt right at home. Any concern or question was immediately addressed. And for the quality of the accommodations the rates are very reasonable.
