Location

The hotel enjoys favorable location in a quiet and peaceful district in the capital city, Sofia, just a few steps from the major highway. It is situated at close proximity to diplomatic missions, business offices and shops, just 3 km way from city center and 7 km away from Sofia International Airport. The hotel lies also 5 minutes ride to the newest and largest sports and concert hall Arena Armeez and two of the biggest Sofia malls – the Mall and Serdica Mall.

Facility

Guests have a choice of 33 non-smoking rooms. English- and German-speaking staff warmly welcomes guests in the lobby. Services and facilities include a baggage storage service, a cash machine, medical assistance, a banquet hall, a coin-operated laundry and a smoke alarm. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. There are a number of shops, including a souvenir shop. The grounds of the hotel feature a playground and a lovely garden. Services include a hotel shuttle bus.     I had a wonderful stay at the hotel in Sofia. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the staff was professional and attentive. The free breakfast and parking were a great advantage and added real value to the experience. I would definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit.

    HORROR GESTANK ! We were the only guests in this hotel, and from the moment we arrived, there was a strong, sharp, slightly sweet odor throughout the entire place. It was extremely unpleasant. We left the room, aired it out for hours with the balcony doors wide open, but when we returned, the smell was still overwhelming.Unfortunately, we only read the reviews afterward and found that for over 14 years, guests have been reporting this exact issue.After a short time in the room, both of us developed runny noses, coughing, breathing problems, severe headaches that kept worsening, and nausea. We simply couldn’t tolerate it. On top of that, when removing the bed covers, every single mattress had visible urine stains.We ended up leaving the hotel at 1:30 AM because it was impossible to sleep there. The receptionist offered us another room, but we insisted on seeing it first—and it had the same unbearable smell. The entire hotel smelled. We didn’t even stay one night and had to book another hotel immediately, which caused us additional costs.The receptionist said there was nothing else he could do and could not guarantee a refund. We were told the manager would be available the next day, so I left my phone number and asked to be contacted—but I never received a call. We were later given the manager’s number and tried to reach him over 20 times and even sent messages via WhatsApp, but he never responded. We were completely ignored.This place is a disaster. We would not recommend it to anyone. The only positive was that the reception staff were friendly

    Luxury and tranquility, security and high respect for the client, perfect cleanliness and a classy restaurant with wonderful food, a starry Sky bar with a view from the seventh floor, in a commercial and entertainment area.The best!

    Probably the worst hotel I have stopped in. The restaurant staff were rude and very aggressive and obviously did not like British people. The hotel is very dirty, and it’s advertised as a Best Western Hotel which it is not. DO NOT STOP HERE, it’s a dirty dump.

    Well where to start, this place is run by a mafia wanna be family and don't take kind to any kind of tourist noise!!! Apparently they where looking at us on day one and choosing which one to fight first...nice!!! Location is inconvenient from center and not worth any kind of 4 star ....If I could stop one person staying here I would be happy so please avoid
