Everything was clean. No noise. Rooms are very comfortable, especially beds, but for me it was too warm in the room (like 26 celsius). Air conditioning was not controllable. Hotel staff is very friendly, but the service in the restaurant leaves a bit to be desired. I think for that price you can find better hotel in Sofia.

Close to business area but poor facilities and service

The hotel was booked as it is close to our office in Capital Fort. This is about the only thing this hotel has going for it. The main issue is there is no restaurant or bar in the hotel.The restaurant only serves breakfast! There are no walkable eateries nearby. You need to get the metro/bus to the local mall or into Sofia centre about 15-20 mins on the metro.I had some issues with my door card. When I returned at the end of the day it would not open the door. So back down to reception from the 7th floor. This happened 3 days in succession. I then asked for the card to be changed as it may have been faulty. The receptionist then said that it was only being authorised for 24 hours.she then authorised it for the rest of the stay..no apology just "that's it fixed" The drinks tray in the room has peppermint tea and coffee. No milk...if you want milk you need to ask reception. When I did that they don't have any! I had 1 black coffee in 3 days. Still hasn't been replenished...Won't be staying here again and will be reporting back to the company to warn other colleagues not to use this hotel.

Highly inflated prices - do not reflect its current quality. Add to that the broken shower hose in the room where they moved us due to the broken toilet cistern in the original room.*Силно завишени цени, които не отразяват текущото му качество. Добавете към това скъсаният маркуч на душа във втората стая, където ни преместиха, поради счупеното тоалетно казанче в първоначалната.

The rooms are spacious, comfortable, modern and very clean. The breakfast is delicious and the garden is beautiful. The staff is more than helpful. Location is perfect and communicative, near metro station. We had a wonderful stay. I recommend!

I tried this one for a short stay.The hôtel is nice but the service was poor. I tried to contact several times the room service to have food : both on phone and the hotel app and I never had any response....Sound proofing is not a good point of the room as I heard the neighbours several times and also the cleaning team in the corridor.Main advantage is the proximity with a main road and metro station not far.
