    Awful hotel, Ill never book this hotel again. One star is one star too many. Staff very unhelpful, won't deal with simple requests

    Extreamly poor hotel! Avoid as there are much better!

    This hotel is in a fairly good location but that is about it! It has the softest of softest mattresses to sleep on, with very cheap polysester duvets! The building as a whole is unreasonably hot! Making sleeping impossible as even with the radiator off, it was boiling! The walls in this hotel are made of paper, and the fact people are checking in 24 hours a day makes it again a very noisy place to try and sleep. There is no food served here despite the restaurant pics, breakfast is offered up the road for £10 but it is really poor the price. Over all. The staff were great, but that is about the only positive I can give you. Sorry. I really really wouldn’t reccomend this place if sleep is important to you!

    The hotel is well located and the recepcionists were friendly, however I never understood why after a long stay of 4 days, they never cleaned up the room. The service in general is very bad. I am sure there are better hotels with better service than this one. The Restaurat was outside and the people who attended there were nos very friendly. Breakfast was more or less.

    Arrived Sunday afternoon after a long journey from uk greeted by a happy receptionist and given room 405.Before getting into the left I asked bar and restaurant timings to be told it was closed but there were some good restaurants nearby.Disappointed we went to the room to freshen up, unfortunately we could not open the door with the key card, so my partner (who is Bulgarian) went down to check.Arrived with a new card, again did not open, again off she went and this time returned with the master key …and it opened and we were greeted by a half naked lady extermely unhappy.Given room 401 in the end free of guests this time.Had issues getting clean towels daily and bedding was not cleaned until last day after a 5 day visit

    Worst hotel I’ve ever been

    It was our first time in Bulgaria and in this hotel and we had so many problems 1. they said on the booking they had air conditioning but they didn’t, then I asked for another fan because we already had another one ( a very old one) but we needed two cause we had two rooms and they told me the other fan was broken 2. The staff is not well mannered, they didn’t help at all, and when I asked for another room they said all the rooms had the same problem 3 The breakfast was not good at all, the bread was really old and when we started eating one of the employees sat outside and started smoking and the smoke was coming all the way in while we ate our breakfast which was discussingPlus, I know the hotel has some good reviews but I will not believe it from what I saw there I’ve been in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Bucharest, and this was the worst hotel of all Finally we canceled our last day here and we switched to another one.
