Good feedback to Niky Hotel -Sofia Bulgaria

    rating22 Sept 2026

A wonderful stay and an amazing teamWe really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Niky. The room was comfortable and very clean, and the breakfast was fresh and tasty with a good variety. What stood out the most, though, was the team. We had made a mistake with our reservation dates, and even though it was a non-refundable booking, they really tried to help us. They kept looking for a solution, communicated with us patiently, and did everything they could to make it work. In the end, they managed to arrange the change without any extra charge. You don’t always come across this kind of personal service, and we really appreciated it.Thank you to the whole team — we would definitely recommend Hotel Niky and would be happy to stay here again! ??

    Perfect Location

    rating01 Sept 2026

Thank you for a wonderful stay! First of all kudos to the amazing shuttle pick up from airport. Driver was prompt and friendly. Hotel is in the perfect location. Walking distance to all tourist sites and many restaurants, shopping cafes, Gelato, etc. Free breakfast was a small buffet but had everything we needed and delicious. Staff were friendly - great service and quick to respond. My only criticism was that the rooms could use an update, needed better pillows (kind of hard) and the walls were quite thin so we could hear neighbours when they talked. But otherwise hotel was very quiet at night and in a safe and lively neighbourhood. Had a wonderful stay and recommend to others.

    Super Friendly Small Hotel

    rating10 Nov 2025

Great location and very friendly staff. We were in a lovely room on the 5th floor (503); the bonus was a little balcony where we could look out over the area. The attached Greek restaurant also has good food, if you're tired (as we were our first night) and don't want to search the local area for a place to eat. The Hotel Niky is well located for everything - restaurants, sites, shopping. The 2pm check-in time is a bonus. This hotel is one of the best small hotels we've ever stayed in and I'll definitley stay here again when I come back to Sofia.

    Wonderful!

    rating18 Sept 2025

Hotel Niky was friendly, very accommodating, and kept to high professional standards. It’s location was excellent: in a safe and quiet Neighbourhood , all the while convenient to most of the cities attractions. We had the suite and the pull out bed was made for us upon our arrival. We lived having the “kitchen amenities and room service provided us with clean towels everyday, without our asking. The breakfast was a healthy and fresh European buffet, and our “breakfast to go” provided a little bit of everything.Hôtel Niky made our trip to Sofia so much more delightful! We highly recommend staying at Hôtel Niky.

Good staff. Good value. Would return

    rating11 Sept 2025

Pleasant staff. Efficient check-in. Decent breakfast included in the reasonable price. My second floor room was small, after having stayed in spacious apartments on my week long road trip, but I was lucky enough to have been given a room with a large private terrace which was surrounded by a bit of greenery, and which partly overlooked the restaurant which was attached to the hotel. There was no intrusive late night noise from the restaurant however, nor from any other source. Which was a relief. In fact, I had the best night's sleep of the week in my one night stay here.
