One of the worst stays ever. Before the stay their booking information was hacked so some “ travel agent” wanted me to pay for the room again through WhatsApp. Hotel didn’t care. On the website (AI chat agent) it says free parking for hotel guests but this is not correct. Restaurant extremely expensive (30 euro for a simple main course, and with very limited selection. In the morning, water from bath above my room flushed through the ceiling in my bathroom. Called reception and they didn’t care much. “Come to reception” they didn’t bother to bring me a key to a new room. Finally I got another room to take a shower, it this has a “used” room without cleaning. Overall extremely bad experience and will NEVER come back.

Going hungry and feeling underwhelmed at the less-than-premier hotel

The hotel was previously a Best Western but it was dropped by the brand. It hasn't improved since despite awarding itself the Best Business Hotel in Sofia 2025 title.The rooms are of a three-star standard, rather than four. Our bathroom had a shabby and wonky showerhead and very weak pressure and there was dust under the beds.There is nowhere to eat if you happen to arrive after 10pm. There is only one restaurant open till 11pm, but kitchen shuts at 10pm. It also serves as a breakfast room (mediocre quality, bad coffee) which again stops at 10am rather than the standard 11am. There is no day bar, no snack bar, no room service, no coffee shop, no vending machines and no other eating places within walking distance. This means starvation for the busy person who needs flexible eating arrangements.Housekeeping never serviced our room until 2:30 pm, so we had to call reception for emergency towels and bins collection.TV was not working on arrival and needed to be tuned by staff. Wi-fi password was not displayed in the room. Halfway through our stay our card keys stopped working. Minibar prices were not displayed in the room either.

No 24 hour room service as advertised an essential feature for an airport hotel. Empty minibar was told to walk to the garage if I wanted something.... it was 2am!Window had been left open probably to try to hide the smell of mould which meant it was freezing when checking in at 0130am. No hot water for shower in the morning and no airport transfer available either way as advertised an absolute shambles. Only redeeming feature was the comfortable bed.

We needed one night near the airport, and this hotel was good quality, well run and comfortable. Breakfast was well stocked, even when busy. Very convenient to the airport.

Very good choice, but location is not suitable for sight-seeing Sofia

Very nice hotel. Clean and breakfast was over the middle. Dinner was also good, though a bit expensive. I liked the cake that the waiter recommended that they make at the hotel. The only downside is location. Yes, they do have a free shuttle to the airport, but hotel is isolated and not within walking distance to the metro stations for example. Not very good if you aim to explore the city, but perfect to stay over night if all you need is access to airport.
