Extremely disappointing experience. The cleanliness of this hotel was completely unacceptable.When we arrived, the room was clearly not properly cleaned. There was a lot of dirt on the floor, dust underneath the bed, and hair left behind. It was obvious that the room had not been cleaned to an acceptable standard.We stayed for 5 nights, and after the first two nights, nobody came to clean the room at all. Cleaning was only done on the third day. This is simply not acceptable for a hotel, especially considering the money guests pay for their stay.Basic cleanliness should be the bare minimum. Unfortunately, this hotel failed to provide even that. I would definitely not recommend staying here if you expect a clean and properly maintained room.

Very clean but not enough shuttles

The room was nothing fancy but perfectly clean and comfortable. I stayed there because of the free airport shuttle, but the shuttle was already reserved throughout the night and early morning. They really need to run more shuttles, or operate a bigger vehicle, since that it is the whole reason for this hotel to exist! The staff did call me a taxi though, and they sent me off with a breakfast to go, which I appreciated.

Spend a little more and stay at the Novotel

The location is great for the airport but that is it! There is absolutely nothing else here including no food places even within walking distance which means the restaurant here is well over priced. Like all Ibis I’ve stayed in recently it needs money spent on it. The rooms are worn and noisy so you can hear everything and running water all the time. Our bed was broken and had the worst creak so every time we rolled over we woke each other up. The staff weren’t amazing - not a single smile the whole time we were there - and they mucked up our transfer in the morning so we ended up catching up a taxi instead. Not what we needed at 4am! This is all in stark contrast to the Novotel just up the road. The staff there were amazing and the location is great and it’s not that much more to stay there. We only moved because our flight was so early and for the free transfer. Do yourself a favour here, spend just a little more and stay at the Novotel.

Hotel very near to the airport there is the shuttle for the airport the foods not bad for one night it is okay the room are clear the personal is good and internet is fast do not have room services the breakfast is buffets it is good

I stayed at this hotel today ( 5 september 2026 ) and it was hands down one of the worst hospitality experiences I have ever had. From the filthy accommodations to the shockingly hostile staff, the entire visit was a disaster, with only one single bright spot.The issues began the moment I walked into my room. The floor was incredibly dirty, covered in visible dust and stains, and to make matters worse, the bed wasn't even made. However, the absolute worst part of the stay was the customer service. Both the front desk receptionist and the barman were incredibly rude, unhelpful, and completely lacked basic professionalism. When I asked the receptionist for food options, they had no idea what to say and offered zero assistance. I then tried speaking with the barman to get something to eat. He was extremely hostile and literally walked away from me mid-sentence, completely abandoning me while I was still speaking to him. Because of their absolute refusal to help, I was forced to order outside delivery just to get some food.The only saving grace of the entire day was the shuttle bus driver. Unlike the rest of the staff, he was very pleasant, professional, and went out of his way to help me track down and recover my lost luggage.Aside from the wonderful driver, this hotel is a complete nightmare. I strongly advise everyone to avoid this place until they completely retrain their front desk and bar staff and learn how to properly clean a room.
