We had car trouble and got stranded in Sofia, so we booked this hotel at the last minute. We were given a spacious family room that was very clean and well maintained. The staff were caring and friendly, and we were extremely satisfied with our stay. The breakfast was extensive, and the hotel offers plenty of facilities. The service was really bad. The person in the reception made us to wait more than 20 minutes on the line and he said that we need to wait more. They didn’t solve any problem that we had.
