Very friendly staff , and you feel secure at the property .there js an eash access to comminivate with the general manager of the hotel .The food variatty is good . There is an indoor parking with charging station .The spa is amazing . Very Uncomfortable Sleeping Experience. Ramada Prices For Cheap Motel Experience

Don’t be fooled by the name Ramada. I’ve stayed in cheap motels with cockroaches on the floor that were more comfortable than this. First of all you cannot control the temperature in the room. They have a temperature dial and an actual sign that tells you that you can. I had it at 30 degrees Celsius in August because the room was freezing. It stayed freezing all night. Finally at 5am I got up and went to the front desk. The guy tells me there is no temperature control. The air is either on blowing or it’s off. He can have a technician come to the room and turn the air off completely in that room or it stays on. Again, the room is freezing cold.Then, this ridiculous place has a, what they call “king size bed”, which has a different meaning in Bulgaria apparently because it’s not that big. They have no sheets that you can sleep under. They have the one sheet that you sleep on top of. Then they have one comforter on the bed that is way too small for the bed. My wife and I are staying here. If the comforter is in the bed long ways it can only cover one of us, even if we press our bodies sideways against each other it still barely covers us, and obviously we can’t sleep the whole night like that. Then when we turn the blanket sideways it only covers less than half of our bodies, so we have to choose to keep our feet and legs covered OR our chests and upper body.Honestly this whole sleeping situation here is like a bad joke.So this morning as I’m asking the front desk guy about the air control, I ask for an extra blanket. Housekeeping brings this disgusting stained hardened blanket that is completely different from the material of the one on the bed, and still not large enough to cover two people. We have one more night in this ridiculous place. My wife and I have to use the original blanket sideways for our upper bodies and the disgusting stained one for our lower bodies, so the blood stains or whatever the dark reddish brown colored stains are don’t touch our upper body.And the guy working the front desk at 5am on August 5th 2026 had a bad attitude the whole time. No ‘bedside manner’ or semblance of compassion at all.To sum it up, I have done a lot of traveling throughout the years and this is one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever stayed at. Ramada should feel ashamed to allow this place to represent their brand.
