    Strengths: The reception and concierge staff are exceptionally friendly. The hotel is located in centre, and virtually all major tourist attractions in Sofia are within walking distance. I also loved my room, which offered a beautiful view of the St. Alexander Cathedral. Weakness: The rooms are not well soundproofed; guest staying on the higher floors may hear music from the rooftop bar at night. The breakfast selection is limited, and given its relatively hight price (around 25 EUR), the variety of the food fall below expectation. But they are in good quality.     The hotel itself is very beautiful and tastefully decorated. The rooms are spacious and offer a lovely view.Unfortunately, the soundproofing is not adequate — we were staying on the 3rd floor and could clearly hear the music coming from the rooftop bar on the 9th floor, as well as the traffic noise from the street below throughout the day.When we arrived at 11 p.m., only the male receptionist was on duty, and we had to wait about 20 minutes to check in. Once in the room, we noticed that there were no dental kits in the bathroom.     Really good contempoary hotel in an excellent location. Sense hotel is on the "Yellow Brick Road" , close to the Cathedral and the cool neighbourhood (6th September St and Tsar Shishman St.) Nice pool and spa.     Breakfast at Sense Hotel Sofia is always a highlight of my business trips. The food variety is excellent, but what makes it truly special is Slavka’s service. Even though I visit only once a year, she remembers my coffee order and always provides the warmest, most attentive service. Absolutely outstanding!     This is my 3rd time at the hotel, and I usually do not write reviews...However, for this hotel I will make an exception.From the start at the front desk, the cleaning staff, ... everyone I encountered was always very friendly and accommodating.I would also like to mention one person in particular: Slavka. She was always there at the breakfast table, very attentive already next to the table offering me another capucinno before I could even ask.
