Location

This hotel is centrally situated at the heart of the fabulous city of Sofia. Located on one of the main shopping streets, in only a number of minutes guests will reach shops, cultural venues and government buildings. Facility

8 suites, 4 apartments, 31 single rooms and 34 double rooms are available to guests in a 5-storey main building and a 6-storey auxiliary building. English-speaking staff at the reception are happy to assist guests at the reception desk round the clock. Check-in and check-out are available 24 hours a day. A baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service are available. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday.     Absolutely horrible hotel. Old and dirty rooms, unpleasant staff, everything in the rooms was falling apart. I also found black mold in the shower. Walls were very thin, I could not sleep because of the noise. The street, where the hotel is located, was full of drunk and homeless people, I didn't feel safe.

    Definitely not a fancy place but considering the room rate and the perfect location (easily accessible by subway from the airport, in the heart of the old, now decrepit, Jewish quarter)...Rooms are spacious, bathrooms.."old style.."Friendly and helpfull front desk staff

    Sveta is located very centrally on a pedestrian street full of shops...You can walk everywhere for sightseeing...Room was good but a bit noisy when window was opened...Quite big...The lobby needs heavy renovation...Breakfast good ....All in all is not a 4 star better 2-3 but the best thing about it is location...They gave us a take away breakfast without asking....In terms of price you get what you paid for..

    Reception was friendly enough when we arrived but the following days they were almost unfriendly or simply not-caring - felt like we were interrupting all the time…Rooms were as you paid for - cheap and very basic but fairly large… But the bathroom was smelly (smelled like pi.. all the time) and basically just worn-down. Breakfast also deserves a comment - it’s not worth it, not even to mention. Missed just about everything…… not nearly a 4* as advertised, maybe 2* at the highest…
