  avoid this hotel!

  03 Jun 2026

When we first arrived at the hotel after an overnight flight, the staff told us our first meal wouldn't be served until we got our room, so we had to wait about six hours for that opportunity. The hotel was beautiful, the entertainment staff was great, as was the bartender Alex, but the staff and hotel policy were terrible. We had an evening flight, and our wristbands were taken away when we checked out. We received a meal voucher, but due to our mistake, we missed it. When we tried to report it at the reception desk, a middle-aged woman with black hair practically shouted at us and laughed at us. We tried to resolve the issue politely, but were only met with irony and ridicule. When I asked to contact the manager, he said he would draw conclusions and consequences and that we would be compensated for our treatment. Of course, nothing of the sort happened. Avoid this hotel at all costs!

  Rude and impolite Staff

  07 Jun 2025

Hie everyone during 13 -20 August 2024 we ( I and my family) were at this hotel location is not bad, The main street is accessible with a five-minute walk along a sloped path. . You can’t accept any luxury Lobby because it’s Apartment Hotel .Foods are average because every day repeat one menu and quality is average for example Kebab at evening some times is hard , alcohol drinks are local .there is just one bar near Pool. Out door facilities like Pools are good but there isn’t any Wc just one in Lobby. Also Room facilities are suitable, However, during a one-week stay, the hotel provides room cleaning service only twice.this hotel hasn’t any private beach and also animation Groups therefore you have a boring time at this hotel just pool bar play music. The most important point is the staff specially one middle age woman in Reception are very very very very very Rude and Impolite they think you are criminal and just release from Jail you can’t asking a question they answer you very aggressive for example l have booked sea viewRoom but they didn’t gave me when I asked for my right she answered me very loud.they didn’t know meaning of laugh never ever and I thought all of Bulgarian are so but when I meet other people I found out just in this hotel Staffs behavior is so unfriendly because I meet nearby hotel specials Grfids Groups they was in another class and very respectful.

Don’t wast time and money here

  13 Aug 2024

Unbelievable worst experience for s…t lots of money…pay for all inclusive and:Parking: needs to be paid-20 leva / dayBeach: very far and, again…needs to be paid another 20 leva and program is until 18:00Food: same food every single day, beef, pork and turkey…like the chefs don’t know to prepare anything else…evening the same bbq…Staff: OMG…for this kind of architecture of the hotel you aspect a well prepared and respectful staff…we got to reception and normally you should be welcome with a hello/smile or WELCOME TO ARGISHT PARTEZ HOTEL…but NO, they ask straight away for a €20 deposit and a booking reference number… they are looking at you like you done something wrong….At breakfast, lunch and dinner staff is coming at the table and saying nothing to you, just taking the plates from table without asking if you finished or not….At the bar the waiter is serving you very bored and is saying to only take two glasses (coming with family and taking for them too) when 10 minutes ago we could take 3-4! One minute he is speaking romanian and when you say something else not very nice he is not “understanding” Wasting money and time, could go somewhere else for less money and better service!Managers/supervisors suppose to keep a look at staff and not having them just for number as the staff will represent the image of the hotel!Big NO NO

  Unpleasant holiday

  13 Aug 2024

I had the most unpleasant holiday ever. From the minute we arrived we’ve been told that we have to pay the car park cash( no possibility to pay with the card). When we went to the hotel reception for the check in they didn’t even said “hello” and asked the booking number. The staff looked overwhelmed and very bored. The ones that were taking the stuff from the tables were not even asking if they can collect whatever was on the table and when we were “tanking” them, they didn’t even answer back. The food was tasteless and the same every day for a week. You pay for all inclusive but when you arrive here you have to pay for everything including the chair and umbrella on the beach which is quiet far and the staff won’t point you in the right direction. All the staff around is very “bossy”. There was not entertainment at all for kids or adults. After the 3rd day we decided to go and eat somewhere else (although we paid for all inclusive) and also we decided to leave a day earlier because we were all fed up. I will definitely not come again here. This place is a waste of money and time. We could’ve gone to another place to enjoy our holiday. The only thing that is good here are the pools, nothing else.
