  Great location neglected hotel with terrible food mainly the fact that’s it’s all cold. The entertainment staff were good but everything else is poor at best. The guests leave everything everywhere and the staff don’t bother to clean it up!! Not great but it could be which is the main issue. Watch out for the lifts they have a mind of their one and can bite!

  I genuinely do not understand how this hotel is still marketed as a 4 stars. Calling it 4 stars is misleading. At best, this is a neglected 2-star hotel living off an outdated rating.I booked knowing it was a budget option and had realistic expectations. A lower price should mean fewer amenities, not luxurious, smaller rooms maybe, not filthy and a lack for basic standards...Cleanliness was unacceptable. Dishes, tables and floors were flithy and sticky. I found a HAIR INSIDE OF A MEATBALL, and some desserts tasted SPOILED, as if made with bad milk. I tried reporting the food issues, but the waiter did not speak other languages for us to communicate properly, so nothing was resolved. Not enough qualified staff-even though they were mostly polite they were clearly overwhelmed. It might have been a good 4 star hotel back in the days but no one cared enough to take care or it. Almost everything is worn out, and overdue for replacement, WIFI not working, smelly rooms, curtains had brown stains, bathtub not draining properly from day 1 due to bad design, poor food with odd choices.The most frustrating part is that these issues are not new. I saw similar reviews before booking but hoped they were resolved. The same issues have apparently existed for years, which means MANAGER EITHER DOES NOT CARE or is incapable of fixing them.And please, spare everyone the standard copy-paste response about valuing feedback and looking into the issues. If management actually cared about guest feedback, these complaints would not still be appearing year after years.This hotel is not a bargain.The lower price may attract you, but you will leave FRUSTRATED AND GROSSED OUT. There are far better places to spend your money. Book literally anywhere else.!Given the food hygiene issues I witnessed, I will be submitting formal complaints to the relevant authorities. Finding foreign objects in food and serving spoiled-tasting dairy products is a serious health and safety concern!

  It is the first time since we go to Bulgaria and there have been several times when I leave a review and do not recommend a hotel. Except for the superb location and the animation team, here I mean Miro together with the three gorgeous young people, full of energy and cheerfulness who managed to "enliven" the atmosphere, I have nothing positive to say about this so-called 4-star hotel. I try to mention a few aspects, starting with the total lack of cleanliness in the room, which was only done on the 5th day, a tiny cameo with a carpet soaked in dirt, unwashed windows, full of cobwebs, peeling paint, the bathroom as tiny, the swollen wooden door opened into the entrance door, you barely had room to sit on the toilet, old tiles and a horrible smell coming from the sewers (when we reported to the reception, we were told it was because of the heat. ..). Then I would like to mention another important aspect. The hotel had a swimming pool, but we didn't dare to enter it until the 5th day because the water was cloudy, you couldn't see the bottom, and when I noticed this aspect, the "manager" was bothered and told us that the analyzes are ok.... In addition, they don't have sunbeds on the beach, I paid 36 leva daily for 2 plus the umbrella, they have private parking but for which I paid 70 euros for 8 days. The food....we are not pretentious knowing what we find in Bulgaria, but this time there were few types of food, cakes full of syrup...the classic Bulgarian drinks...there is no Internet in the rooms, I don't know about the rest how does it work because I used net from abobation. In conclusion, I do not recommend this hotel, I would not return there

  Terrible place full of loud Germans and polish

  Night 1 . Banging and crashing about at midnight as loads of polish kids in 1 room . Moved to another room . Curtains broken . Moved again and shown 3 rooms . 2 were not complete so went for a room with a curtain missing . Had to put a blanket up to stop sun and light . No cleaning in rooms . Staff stretched working almost 14 hr shift . No pool cleaning or collecting cups . Ran out of plastic glasses for poolside . Food repetitive and not hot . No selection of desserts and main food if run out not replenished . No such thing as maintenance here . Hardly any selection of drinks in all inclusive . Ice cream when they say and pizza when they say . In a nutshell 1 /5 and 2-3 star hotel at best . Couldn’t cope when it got busy at all ??

  This hotel is old and rundown .We arrived late at night and the room was very nice clean and comfortable. No tea coffee or water in the rooms.Breakfast was awful little choice and did not look good . Get a new cook and clean the outside of the hotel.
