  It is the first time since we go to Bulgaria and there have been several times when I leave a review and do not recommend a hotel. Except for the superb location and the animation team, here I mean Miro together with the three gorgeous young people, full of energy and cheerfulness who managed to "enliven" the atmosphere, I have nothing positive to say about this so-called 4-star hotel. I try to mention a few aspects, starting with the total lack of cleanliness in the room, which was only done on the 5th day, a tiny cameo with a carpet soaked in dirt, unwashed windows, full of cobwebs, peeling paint, the bathroom as tiny, the swollen wooden door opened into the entrance door, you barely had room to sit on the toilet, old tiles and a horrible smell coming from the sewers (when we reported to the reception, we were told it was because of the heat. ..). Then I would like to mention another important aspect. The hotel had a swimming pool, but we didn't dare to enter it until the 5th day because the water was cloudy, you couldn't see the bottom, and when I noticed this aspect, the "manager" was bothered and told us that the analyzes are ok.... In addition, they don't have sunbeds on the beach, I paid 36 leva daily for 2 plus the umbrella, they have private parking but for which I paid 70 euros for 8 days. The food....we are not pretentious knowing what we find in Bulgaria, but this time there were few types of food, cakes full of syrup...the classic Bulgarian drinks...there is no Internet in the rooms, I don't know about the rest how does it work because I used net from abobation. In conclusion, I do not recommend this hotel, I would not return there

  Terrible place full of loud Germans and polish

  Night 1 . Banging and crashing about at midnight as loads of polish kids in 1 room . Moved to another room . Curtains broken . Moved again and shown 3 rooms . 2 were not complete so went for a room with a curtain missing . Had to put a blanket up to stop sun and light . No cleaning in rooms . Staff stretched working almost 14 hr shift . No pool cleaning or collecting cups . Ran out of plastic glasses for poolside . Food repetitive and not hot . No selection of desserts and main food if run out not replenished . No such thing as maintenance here . Hardly any selection of drinks in all inclusive . Ice cream when they say and pizza when they say . In a nutshell 1 /5 and 2-3 star hotel at best . Couldn’t cope when it got busy at all 😥

  This hotel is old and rundown .We arrived late at night and the room was very nice clean and comfortable. No tea coffee or water in the rooms.Breakfast was awful little choice and did not look good . Get a new cook and clean the outside of the hotel.

  I want to especially congratulate the animator Sashko. We were a whole group and we were extremely fascinated by it. Very kind, cheerful, sociable - certainly contributed to our good mood! Playing with it was really fun! He knows how to entertain and does a great job! A thousand thanks!! Unique!!

  We have rented 3 rooms for 4 nights. It was bad from the very beginning. In one room there was no toilet paper, shower gel, shampoo and soap for 2 days. In another room, the toilet seat was in the middle of the bathroom, right in front of the shower. In one room, the mirror was in the back of the TV. In none of the rooms the refrigerator was working. In some rooms, the air conditioning system was not working properly, meaning that you could not control it or turn it off. Overall, the hotel is far from a 4 stars one. On the outside, it was very dirty. Cleaning is made in a strange manner, at 8 a.m., when guests are serving breakfast. So, basically, there is no cleaning during night time or early in the morning. The outside tables are sticky all day long. The equipment is not working properly. Coffee machines were brocken on a daily basis. They are providing only instant coffee, which is very bad. The food is bad, reused from the previous days, not very tasty and in few varieties, repeated almost everyday. Now, the worst part: when we have made the reservation, there was no specification about a green or an orange bracelet. So, when we've got there we've received green ones. We didn't know there were 2 types and guess what? The green ones didn't allow to go to the sand beach! Even there were seats available, we couldn't rent because we didn't had orange bracelets! We went to the reception desk and the manager, instead of showing some empathy and to try to solve somehow the problem, started to yell at us! A very ugly soul, unfortunately. We were ready to pay extra for the orange bracelets, but it was impossible. I told them that if I wanted to stay at the pool, I could stay at home and save the money. The bartenders didn't want to serve alcoholic beverages to our daughter, claiming she was underaged, but she is 20 years old and the bartenders didn't want to check ID.As for the resort itself, what can I say? Garbage everywhere, trash bins full, garbage and toilet smell. My conclusion is that if you want to punish yourself, then go ahead and book a vacation at Kaliakra Palace.
