Grifid Arabella is a hotel with relaxing atmosphere for the entire family. It is famous with its high quality, excellent service and pleasant ambience. Located on the marvelous sandy coast of Black Sea, in the seaside resort Golden Sands, separated only by an animated promenade from the elegant beach.

Facility

The apartment hotel has 292 rooms. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities. Everyday necessities can be purchased at the supermarket. Guests can buy souvenirs at the gift shop. The grounds of the hotel feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional facilities include a TV room. Parking spaces are available to guests travelling by car (for a fee). A direct dial telephone, satellite television and WiFi (for a fee) ensure optimal comfort. A selection of pillows ensures a comfortable stay. Plenty of active recreation awaits guests in the pool area's 2 outdoorpools. No matter the weather, swimming is always a possible in the indoor pool. For a fee, guests can also enjoy water skiing, banana boat rides and diving. A wide range of indoor sporting activities are also offered, for example a gym, table tennis, darts, yoga, callisthenics and aerobics or, for a fee, billiards and bowling. The hotel offers a range of facilities in the wellness area. Options include hydrotherapy treatments and, for an additional fee, a spa, a sauna, a steam bath, a hammam, a beauty salon and massage treatments. Guests of all ages have the opportunity to enjoy an entertainment programme.

Meals

Dining facilities include a café and a bar. A cosy atmosphere and delicious food await guests in 5 non-smoking restaurants (high chairs are available). All-inclusive special can be booked. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are available. Diet meals, gluten-free meals and children's meals can be prepared on request. The apartment hotel also offers special catering options.

    I had a great holiday, the entertainment team is super friendly. There was entertainment from 10 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. All the entertainers were smiling and attentive.     Hotel Arabella is the perfect place if you’re looking for a fun, energetic holiday! There’s always something going on — games by the pool, music, dancing, evening shows… the vibe is just amazing. The animation team truly brings the place to life.we still singing and dancing.Special shoutout to Mila – she’s an absolute star! So friendly, full of energy, and great with both kids and adults.     Clean, tasty, fantastic kids club – but an uneven experience for non-French guests

    Let’s start with the positives: cleanliness in this hotel is top-notch. Even though the hotel is 24 years old, it’s exceptionally well maintained. Rooms, bathrooms, and shared areas were spotless throughout our stay — a big plus.The food was varied and tasty, with plenty of options for every taste. The à la carte restaurants were also a pleasant experience — especially Hanami, where both the cuisine and the service were excellent.We also had a lovely surprise during our stay — it was my husband's birthday, and the hotel staff prepared a small birthday cake with a candle and even sang Happy Birthday for him. It was a thoughtful and heartwarming gesture that we truly appreciated.The biggest highlight of our stay? Without a doubt, Eva and Alex from the kids' mini club. Full of energy, smiles, and warmth, they took great care of the children during the day and created a fun, friendly vibe in the evenings as well. They are true stars of this hotel and made a huge positive difference in our experience. Eva and Alex – you are simply the best! :)Now for a more mixed impression: there was a noticeable focus on French guests. The hotel organized separate events for them, including private parties in closed-off parts of the hotel, and employed dedicated French-speaking entertainers who mostly interacted with their group. While this didn’t ruin our vacation, it did create a sense of imbalance — at times, it felt like other guests, especially non-French speakers, were less of a priority.Overall, Grifid Arabella has many strengths: it’s clean, the food is good, the team at the mini club is amazing, and the hotel knows how to make special occasions memorable. Still, a more inclusive approach toward all guests would definitely make for a more welcoming and fair experience.     Quality, Location great but not for singles.

    Very comfortable 4-star hotel. I made a mistake by choosing it for the location instead of checking the clientele. It's a good family hotel with lots of families here and very loud animation, 2 pools, 3 restaurants, snack bar, lobby bar and disco (even small kids in the disco along with loud, half-naked men at midnight!). Staff coped well though, always friendly and helpful throughout the hotel. Not mentioned were the approx 100 steps down/up to the beach/promenade. All not so welcome for a single 70 year-old! Very positive was the quality, range of foods in the restaurants, the service, the room size, seaview (in the front) and a special thanks to the housekeeping staff who made me feel very welcome. Probably quieter in the off-season. Should have chosen another Grifid Hotel like the Elcanto (adults only, on the beach, quieter) - my fault! Still, enjoyed the stay in a good quality hotel.
