Grifid Vistamar hotel was incorporated into the family of Grifid Hotels in 2012. Right on the promenade having superb location in the first line of Golden Sands, it is a hotel with relaxing atmosphere for the entire family. Located on the marvelous sandy coast of Black Sea, in the seaside resort Golden Sands, separated only by an animated promenade from the elegant beach.

Guests have a choice of 226 rooms. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities. Everyday necessities can be purchased at the supermarket. Guests can buy souvenirs at the gift shop. The grounds of the hotel feature a playground and a lovely garden. Guests of all ages have the opportunity to enjoy an entertainment programme.

I had a very pleasant stay at GRIFID Vistamar. It is a very good four-star hotel with delicious food, attentive staff, and clean, comfortable rooms.There was a small misunderstanding with reception at the beginning of my stay. However, after I contacted Booking.com, my request was addressed promptly. I would especially like to thank Kremena Yaneva for her professionalism, kindness, and understanding. She listened carefully and ensured that all my requests were accommodated. She clearly knows her work and understands how to respond to different guests’ needs. Employees like her make guests feel valued and want to return.Special thanks also go to the two buffet managers, both named Nikolay. The buffet offers a wonderful variety of delicious food, with something for every taste. Everything is spotlessly clean and well organized. The staff work smoothly together and are friendly and attentive.The bakery deserves its own mention: I have never tasted such delicious croissants anywhere in the world!The rooms are clean and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. There were no bathrobes or slippers in my room, although I’m not sure whether they are available upon request.This stay left me with a wonderful impression of GRIFID hotels and made me especially curious about GRIFID Noa. I would be delighted to experience it on my next visit and see more of what GRIFID has to offer.Highly recommended! This hotel fully meets every expectation for a relaxing holiday. The cleanliness is outstanding, the food is excellent, and the staff are always friendly, professional, and willing to help.The buffet offers a wide variety of both local and international dishes, all prepared to a high standard. We had a nice holiday in hotel Vistamar and chosen the best week because of the 25 years celabrating Grifid Hotels?! With had a quiet room with a wonderful view! The animation team gives us a week with lot of fun, crazy games and unforgettable moments and memories!
