This hotel is located near to the pedestrianised zone and the commercial district. The fabulous beaches of Varna are about 500 m away, as is the famous Sea Garden. The hotel is well situated for access to the public transport network with links located just 500 metres away.

Facility

8 suites and 70 double rooms are located on 7 storeys and can be reached by lift. The friendly staff at the reception desk in the lobby are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities. There are a number of shops as well.     The hotel offers beautiful, spacious, and very clean rooms with comfortable beds. The breakfast buffet is varied and extensive, offering plenty of choice. Unfortunately, the staff in the breakfast area are not always particularly friendly and tend to appear rather grumpy, which is a pity. A smile and a basic knowledge of the English language would be greatly appreciated. This is, of course, not a general remark, as there are certainly members of staff who are friendly and welcoming.While the hotel has some positive aspects, one major issue really impacted our stay — the lack of available sunbeds around the small swimming pools. There are simply not enough sunbeds for the number of guests. Even when there are empty ones, they are often “reserved” with towels or personal items, sometimes for hours, by guests who are nowhere to be seen. This made it impossible for us to enjoy the pool area properly. We never managed to get a single sunbed and ended up having to lie on the grass instead. The toilets around the pool are not clean. Overall, this significantly affected our experience, and we would not recommend the hotel for guests who value relaxing by the pool.

    Stayed at hotel on business, staff were really nice, room was very quiet and bed was very comfortable, breakfast had plenty to select from. Lovely place to stay. Lots of swimming pools to choose from and with easy walking distance to the beach.

    This hotel is okay for a one night stay. It was booked by railway tour group for its proximity to the railway station which is just across the road. The rooms are rather jaded. We did not explore any of the facilities so cannot comment on those. Slept okay.

    Horrible Bad hotel - our group stayed in 8 rooms 11/10/21. Filthy room toilets and extremely rude staff night porter shouting and screaming loudly in reception when we returned late from a restaurant and called me stupid for parking at front of hotel - I actually thought he was going to physically hit me - I even considered calling the police to the premises seemed like he was drunk. - the day Porter was also very aggressive - my room 301 stunk of tobacco smoke - !!!
