  I visited Gergana hotel in 2021, for the first time. Now, after 6 years, continue to come! I have nothing to complain! Services, personnel, food, drinks, entertainment, everything is excellent!

  The perfect holiday

  We just spent 7 wonderful days here with our 3 children and it couldn’t have been better.The apartment was modern, clean and perfect for a family.Maria looked after us so kindly, and the reception team went above and beyond with every request.The food was outstanding and the ice cream... honestly the best I’ve ever tasted!Thank you Gergana and all the staff for your warmth and hospitality. You made our holiday. We loved it and can’t wait to come back.

  Very disappointing stay - unacceptable room conditions

  I arrived at the hotel around midnight and was given a room where the wall-mounted air conditioning unit next to the balcony was broken. It produced an extremely loud vibrating noise throughout the entire night, as if a tractor were running inside the room. When I put my head on the pillow, even the pillow was vibrating. Sleeping was practically impossible. From 5:00 a.m., I was already sitting in the hotel lobby at the reception desk, waiting for the staff to arrive so I could report the problem and ask for another room.When I reported the problem to the reception I was told that the air conditioner was broken and that "this sometimes happens." They said they would call a technician, but they could not promise that the problem would be fixed or that the noise would stop. I asked to change rooms, and only after a long wait and discussion was I finally moved to another room on the first floor.Unfortunately, the second room was also below expectations. Although it was quiet, the carpet was old and covered with stains, and the toilet was broken and wobbled when used. In my opinion, the condition of the rooms did not match the hotel's star rating. Although I was staying in the room alone, it had four sleeping places. A large bunk bed took up a significant amount of space, making the room feel cramped and uncomfortable. This was unnecessary for a single guest and did not meet my expectations for a hotel of this category.The biggest disappointment, however, was not only the poor condition of the rooms but also the way the situation was handled. I did not receive a single apology for the inconvenience or for the completely sleepless night. It is simply unacceptable to accommodate guests in a room with a known broken air conditioner that makes sleeping impossible.On the afternoon of the day before my departure, I sent a written complaint to the hotel manager. As compensation, I was offered late check-out until 7:00 p.m. instead of the standard 12:00 p.m. I was also offered a sea-view room, but since the offer came only one afternoon before my departure, I saw no real benefit in changing rooms again and declined.This experience had a significant negative impact on my holiday. I expected much higher standards from both the hotel and its customer service, and unfortunately, my expectations were not met.Despite the beautiful beach and the excellent restaurant with its wonderful staff, I cannot recommend this hotel. The rooms do not meet the expected standard, and the service at the reception was unfriendly and unhelpful.
