+ food was good - room was never cleaned in 3 days, sheets never changed, carpet was dirty, dead bugs everywhere, bathroom was also dirty, having a small shower “cabin”, - definetly not a 4 stars...

Food and drinks package was terrible, the only good things were the room a d the pool. Clean and big double room with really good bathroom and clean and nice pool. Restaurant quite old fashion...

Absolutely terrible food, the staff are rude and unhelpful. No clean sheets or towels for a week !! This hotel is Not 4 star at all !! I am totally disgusted. We Will definitely not be returning here.

A short summary... We wanted to have some nice days at the golden beach and met very unfriendly staff (catastrophic). Moreover, the food was very bad and the rooms dirty. We would never book...
