Very nice hotel clear recommendation. The food was tasty and good variety. The private beach is 10minutes walking distance or there is also a shuttle bus.

An unforgettable stay – top service, great food, and ultimate relaxation

We couldn’t have asked for a better holiday! From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptionally welcoming, friendly, and attentive. The culinary experience was great, offering fresh, tasty meals every single day.?Most of our days were spent unwinding in the jacuzzi and chilling by the pool area. A special shout-out to the management and front desk team: they generously allowed us to check in early and check out late completely free of charge. That kind of guest-first service is rare and made our trip so effortless.?If there's one small detail to mention, it’s that the music played by the pool wasn’t quite to my personal taste, but music is subjective and I’m sure others enjoyed it. It certainly didn't detract from what was an amazing stay. Highly recommended!

A nightmare from the first minute

A horror experience from the parking lot to the front desk. We arrived and were told the parking was "full" — turns out spots get handed out based on how much bribe the parking staff receives. We waited an hour just to be given a "temporary" spot, only to be told later that the car wasn't parked correctly and had to be moved. The "solution": a transfer to another parking lot 10 minutes away, which somehow turned into 20 minutes wasted, while my wife and 3-year-old waited at the hotel.The peak of hospitality: we were promised our luggage would be brought to the room once it was ready. Of course, the room was ready and the luggage stayed exactly where we'd left it. I ended up carrying everything to the elevator myself, and only then did the bellboy show up, eager to "help" — a bit late, don't you think?On top of that, the hotel has only 2 elevators for the entire building, and they are painfully slow — expect to wait 10-15 minutes just to go up or down a few floors. The rooms themselves are fine, and the food is at best acceptable, nothing more. Overall the quality/price ratio is very poor.Zero organization, empty promises, staff more focused on tips than on guests. I will definitely not be coming back, and I do not recommend this horrible hotel to anyone.
